I've been going to Ayia Napa for over 20 years and have always loved it there and have had many fantastic holiday with friends and family.
I run my own business and was fortunate enough to be able to buy our apartment in 2006.
Also I'm a family man and we still go there at least once a year.
Shells Apartment was the 'show' property of the newly redeveloped La Casa di Napa complex when I first saw it in 2006. I fell in love with it and its location. The idea that this would be a small privately owned complex with restaurant and poolside bar made it a perfect investment and great for our own holidays. Its away from the hustle and bustle of The Square and still being able to get a good nights sleep. The very high standard of the apartment make it a great holiday for families and couples. Plus the rental market that Cyprus attracts due to its excellent weather and tourist attractions appealed to us. We hope you enjoy your stay there just as much as we ourselves do.
