We were born and raised in WV and have 2 beautiful children Owen (2) & Olive (2 months). Joe is owner/operator of Fink Engineering & Land Surveying and Amber is a physician assistant at Virginia Tech.

Joe has always dreamed of owning a lakefront property, especially on Lake Norman which we have been visiting for the past 5 years. It was on our way back from vacationing in Hilton Head that we stumbled across this home and it was love at first sight.

We love that our home is so close to all the shopping, restaurants, and activities in Mooresville yet very peaceful since we are on a dead end street and inside of a quiet cove. Other features that sold us on this property was the boat ramp (just 2 lots down) and the beautiful boat dock with gazebo/bar, multiple boat slips, and floating sun deck.
