I love this area and have owned a condo here since it was built, it is a quiet area tucked in next to the water, it has that old Florida feel to it with the Key West style clubhouse and beautiful pool with great water views. Gulf beaches of Engelwood and Boca Grande are a short drive, and the Tampa Bay sports complex is right down the street. The fishing pier at the condos extends 500+ feet into the harbor for great fishing and watching the fish jumping and natural wildlife! There are 35+ nature parks, recreation pavilions, and sports areas in Port Charlotte,many with sports activities, barbecue grills,nice boardwalks and picnic tables. The Charlotte Harbor Event and Conference Center on the shores of Charlotte Harbor and the Peace River has activities ranging from car and bike shows, ballets, and musical entertainment.
