Hi, I'm 53 and I live in Valencia, a beautiful city on the East of Spain. My wife and I live and work very near this loft, who has belonged to our family since 1925. We would be grateful to share it and its cozy neighbourhood with all of you, and we are responsive with all our renters needs. Since we are local, we can deal with our guests directly -from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between.
