Hi I'm Pat. We're the Hutchings from Hershey's Mill, West Chester PA! My husband Harmon and I had Spinnaker Waterfront Vacation Home built for many reasons:
-- We tremendously enjoy relaxing and exploring all that the area offers, but always found it difficult to find a nice place to rent for our family when we wanted to visit
--We had it designed by Richard Vesely as a place to enjoy as we raise our family, but to eventually retire in.

We take great pride in Spinnaker and have wonderful people who live on the island who care for it when we're not there and who check in our guests and are on call should guests have any questions or need anything.

Recognizing how few vacations and getaways one enjoys over a lifetime, our goal is that each of our guests visits to Spinnaker becomes a truly wonderful memory.
