We where the first people to purchase a Condo at Ixchel in 2004--they where completed in May of 2006--I was the HOA chairman for the first 4 years. We have spent alot of time fixing up our unit as homey as possible and to make it very comfortable for our guests. We even added a VOIP phone for your guest to use to make FREE call back to the USA and for thier friends and family and business to be able to call to the unit for free .
