I am 58 years old and my wife and I have been married for 26 years We live in Fair Oaks, CA where we raised our 3 sons. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not local, we utilize a local housekeeper to clean and prepare the facilities before and after each guest. Should minor repairs be required, our housekeeper usually makes arrangements. In the event more major repairs are required, I will generally make a special trip up north to resolve the issue. This property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
