HawaiianOceanFrontCondo.com was organized in 2006 by my partner Mark Ratto & myself. I already owned one unit at the Wavecrest Resort on Molokai, and Mark loved it so much that we bought Unit A-303 together that year; & completely renovated it. We've been very fortunate in our successful rental history to a great roster of guests.
Tragically, my friend Mark passed away at 49 this past year, losing his two-year battle with leukemia.
Fortunately, I have a great new woman in my life -- Barbara.
She loves Wavecrest & is instrumental now in the business. A-303 is so popular we plan to put our other unit, C-304, into the rental pool this Spring. It's just as nice as A-303 - same size, floor, amenities, - but a little further back from the water. The view is more of the cove and fishpond to the East, and also of the grounds -- just as pretty when lit up at night as during the day. We'll get a page up for C-304 soon. Mahalo, John
