We are a family that built our Chesapeake Bay dream property with the idea that we'd rent a few weeks each year. Those weeks booked *immediately*, so we built another just like it! Almost all our rentals and large families, and it gives us great pleasure to see families enjoy what we put so much love and effort into.
Each 5 or 6 bedroom house has it's own waterfront, beach, dock and pool, and we provide watercraft and bikes for enjoyment. They are large properties (3 and 6 acres) and the houses are grand, luxurious colonials with expansive porches, open interiors and warm decor (everyone reacts with pleasure at the quality). We even provide a motorized skiff for your use (at one; Hudson Shores).
They are both about ten minutes from Cambridge Maryland, and not too far from Easton, St. Michaels and Oxford; an hour away from Ocean City.
We have professional online video tours that are great ways to learn about the properties.
