Peck Plaza is a round building, and there are 4 condo's on each floor. Our condo faces south and east. We have beautiful views of the ocean, the beach, the skyline and the river. There is a wall of windows in every room. The views are why this condo is booked for most of the year!

Imagine a piece of pie with 12 slices - each condo is 3 slices of that pie, and all of the condos in the building have at least an ocean view. You can't walk into a room without staring out the window - it's impossible. It's a great place for a vacation!

The minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and the maximum for occupancy is 6 adults. We do have an extra mattress that can be put on the floor of one of the bedrooms that will accommodate a child, raising the maximum to 7 people.

There is a king sized bed in the Master Suite, and queen and double beds in the guest room adjacent to the hall bath. The split bedroom plan gives everyone privacy, and makes it great for two couples traveling together, or for extended families. Everyone has their own space.

I use an online reservation program called VRConnection.com. When you have decided to rent our condo, I will need your full name, cell phone number, number of persons and your Email address. Once I have that, I send you an Email containing a link to your reservation page. You simply click on the link and it takes you to VRConnection and all of your reservation information will be there. Just follow the instructions on that page to 'accept' the reservation offer and make your deposit. The balance is due 15 days before occupancy, and you will receive an Email reminder for payment. All payments are made with a credit card through PayPal. You are directly connected to that system by using VRConnection. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay for your rental.

The final payment is due 15 days before occupancy and I will send you an Email reminder.

As soon as you know that you can no longer keep your reservation, please let me know. The sooner that I open the condo up to be rented again, the better chance I have of replacing your dates with another renter. If I am able to re-rent the condo, you will receive your $200.00 deposit back. If I am unable to fill your dates, we keep your deposit as the cancellation fee.

Once final payment is made, there are no refunds. We recommend that you purchase trip insurance if you think there is a chance that you will have to cancel after your final payment. There is a link to purchase trip insurance on the VRConnection reservation website.

There are several ways that we arrange for your arrival. Sometimes we mail the keys to you and Email the instructions. Most times, and if you are arriving at a time when it is possible, we prefer to greet you at the condo, give you the keys and show you around. We realize, however, that flights get delayed and driving can take longer than you expect, so we have a back-up. We use a lock box on the property, and you will have instructions to retrieve it.

You will be given a contact phone number to use during your travels, and we will also want to have your cell phone number so that we can contact you! That way, your arrival will be smooth - we won't be waiting around for you, and you won't be waiting around for us!

Check in is 4:00 p.m.
Check out is 10:00 a.m.

During the busy season, we usually have a check out on the morning of your arrival. Our cleaners get the condo ready as fast as they can, but sometimes it takes until 4:00 to get the condo property prepared. By having your cell phone number, and you having ours, we can keep in touch and let you know if the condo will be ready early. If you are there and it's not quite prepared for your arrival, our cleaning staff is usually more than happy to allow you to put your luggage in the condo while they are finishing up. Just call them and they'll let you know if that's possible.

Allowing for a late check out will be offered based upon whether there is someone checking in on the day you leave. If so, we ask that you please depart by 10:00. If you are catching an early flight or getting an early start on your drive, we ask that you let our cleaning staff know so that they can get into the condo before 10:00 - that really helps them on busy cleaning days!

We always try to accommodate our renters whenever we can with both early and late situations!
