Self-catering Madeirien villa with stunning sea and mountain views, just five minutes from the beach and the town centre. Private pool and balcony for al fresco dining. Ideal for families seeking relaxation. With two double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
Villa São Paulo has been newly built with one floor only and has 600 m2 in area. It is situated in a safe and quiet area, 5 minutes from the center of Funchal and 20 minutes from the airport by car. It has a big veranda around the house with a wonderful view to the sea and to Funchal harbor and mountains, a little garden decorated with typical flowers from Madeira Island and an 8.00 x 4.00 swimming pool, 3 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 6 persons: Room 1- double bed, with sliding doors leading onto the balcony. Room 2 - double bed, including bathroom with bath, bide and toilet, sliding doors leading onto the balcony. Room 3 - twin single beds with window that leads to balcony. One communal bathroom for rooms 1 and 2 with bath, shower and toilet. Other details as bed linen and towels are provided. It also includes a spacious living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a barbecue outdoor with a toilet and a garage. Other services can be provided.
