Located nearly halfway between Amalfi and Positano, secluded but still close to the romantic Marina di Praia with several restaurants.
Together with our neighbor we have a gated property and practically a bay for ourselves.
The villa is both - a relaxing hideaway and an ideal base for visiting the splendid cities along the Amalfi coast, Capri and the archeological wonders of Pompeii or Ercoaneo.
You can swim/snorkel from the platform, rent a boat to explore the coast, go hiking on some of the most beautiful hikes worldwide.

Everything about my experience with renting Villa La Madonnina was wonderful. Starting with my contact with Frank, the owner. He is very friendly and very helpful. The Villa is breathtaking and situated in a perfect location for day excursions to the entire amalfi Coast. Theresa keeps the place spotless and is an excellent cook. Upon a recommendation from Frank, I contacted Biagio of amalficoastdrive.com. Not only did Biagio pick us up from Naples and take us to the Villa but he also took us on many fantastic day excursions. Anytime spent with Biagio is a fun experience and an adventure. I highly recommend people contact Biagio to ensure that their experience on the amalfi Coast is the most memorable that it can be.

My husband and two teenage sons spent two weeks at Villa la Madonnina. All I can say is we can't wait to go back. The villa was amazing. There was information about restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, anything and everything you can think of in the villa for you. The owner was fantastic and so helpful, he even called while we were there from his home in Germany to make sure our stay was going well. A local grocery store delivered fresh bread to us everyday, along with any other groceries we may have needed. A local lady came every day to clean the villa and would cook for you if you requested. There's a private platform on the water with lounge chairs. A very short swim from the platform there's a small beach. The only thing I would warn about is that there's a lot of walking, especially up and down stairs to the sea. However, there is a pool if you don't want to make the trek down to the ocean. Quite a few of the local restaurants would come and pick you up from the platform, though. The villa is in a very convenient location and we can't wait to return. Our kids were picking out their Italian names in the hopes of relocating!
