Cute condo right on the lake, with a beautiful view of the water and private dock for your boat and 2 common docks (only 16 units). In walking distance to Port Royale Marina where you can eat/drink at Pelican Pete's Tiki Bar/Restarant. Kitchen - all granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a great Inside/outside bar with removable windows so you can get the best of both worlds.
The Master Bedroom has its own bath with 2 sinks and a queen bed. The Guest Bedroom is a full bed with a single bunk above. Both bathrooms have custom tile. One bedroom is equipped with a flat screen tv and cable.
