From the owners of the the Third Street Cottage comes their second property, the Third Street Cottage 'West House'. This two-story, 3/2 home is the perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Gainesville. The home is just under 1800 square feet so there is plenty of room for the whole family or friends.

We are located just a few blocks northwest of Main Street & University Avenue. Walk to downtown theatre, dining, bars & shopping!
About a mile from the University of Florida, you can stroll up University Avenue or hop on the bus and you’re on campus in minutes - no parking hassles! GO GATORS!
The 'West House' is only one block west of the the Third Street Cottage -- just around the corner. So if you have a large group coming to town, you could book both locations and have everyone nearby.
Please note: The West House is located in a very pedestrian friendly area, close to downtown nightlife. While it is generally quiet during the week, activity in the area does increase on weekends and especially event weekends.

Your are near everything yet when sitting in the yard you feel like the only one around..pictures actually make the place look smaller..the neighbor next door is extremely helpful if your into fishing I'm sure he will tell you the best places..for a visit to UF it is convenient..cottage was comfortable and hands down better than a hotel room..very very pleased..
