This property is situated in the middle of its own private estate and is surrounded by magnificent olives trees and vineyards. The villa is located at the end of a quiet road and is just 10 minutes from the A1 motorway so the many of the major outlet stores of Tuscany such as Prada and Gucci are all within easy reach and yet Villa Tere is well placed for visiting the beautiful Chianti region with its rolling vine and olive tree covered hills. The village is about 1 km away but a secondary path of 600 mt takes to the village. In the village shops, and other basic facilities.
