Borgo Gaiole is a charming medieval hamlet set in one of the most idyllic Tuscan scenery: surrounded by gently rolling, green hills and vineyards. The villa in authentic Chianti style is linear, luminous, almost a sculpture: built on three levels, following the natural slope of the land, it plays on the juxtaposition of horizontal and vertical lines: geometric space that interact with the landscape through spacious glass windows. The sunny living room with typical fireplace, the spacious kitchen, the bedrooms with a total privacy, th...e pool and the terraces, all appear one of a whole, and together blend with the most authentic "nature" that reflects the Chianti landscape. Those who live here can reach beyond the house and its interiors with their imagination and creativity. A mixture of comfort and durability make this a dream house.
The villa, about 240 m with a large terraces(400 m ), balconies and an endless garden more than 3.000 m wide, is furnished with architectural elements in traditional Sienese style such as: stone-facing, exposed beams; floors and ceiling in terra cotta and top quality furnishings, totally air- conditioned.

Ground Floor: Sunny living room with large open fireplace; dining room with 10 seats; Sat TV corner; kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and all appliances; Double bedroom "Rosa" in front of a rose garden. Shower bathroom; Twin bedroom and shower bathroom.
First Floor: Double bedroom "Terrazzo", with direct access by three door- windows in a panoramic terrace; Lobby; shower bathroom; terrace 120 m .
Second Floor: Double bed room "Mansarda", from its two windows this room has one of the most spectacular views of the area. Lobby. Bathroom features hydro massage Jacuzzi.
The beautiful heated swimming pool features an hydro massage, located in a wonderful and panoramic position with unobstructed views over the countryside, offering a unique view over Chianti landscape. The pool is surrounded by a furnished sun terrace over 300 m .
The sauna, that assures comfort and relax, is located near the swimming pool with shower. The steam is a really Finnish sauna with temperature from 50 to 110 centigrade that you can monitor by yourself. It's possible to practice tennis on our tennis court in a position of absolute privacy, at 250 mt. from the Villa.
We have at 250 mt. from the Villa a small fishing lake on the grounds complete with fountain for water works. We do not hire out fishing equipments. The Villa is surrounded by olives groves and vineyards: our Chianti wine and extra virgin oil of olive are our main products, all available for purchase. The guests can take part of the agricultural activities.
We have a fenced park with animals: goats, ducks, swans, and hens. There is a lot of trails for hikers around the Villa.
Villa Borgo Gaiole is located 25 Km. far from the centre of Siena, 3 Km. from Gaiole in Chianti. It takes just an hour to get here by car from Florence and half an hour from Siena.Read more
