Villa Alliste lays in a calm and ecological zone in Apulia region, fully surrounded by a relaxing landscape made of olive trees, small villages and nice sea views. The property with its 10.000sqm garden all around is completely secluded, so that the children can play safely and you can have the possibility of eating outside, using the barbecues which are at your disposal or to swim in the largest pool or to have a relaxing reading into the many spots into the garden. A rocky beach with its cleanest water is at onl...y 350mt to the house: you can get it by a small private path, passing through the kitchen garden. At only15 km to the villa there is the centre of Gallipoli, the southern city of Apulia, alive in the summer season. Man villages are around the villas at 5min drive away where you can find everything you need during your stay.

The local manager will provide you the most important information about the local area, the restaurants and Apulia: information about the services, the supermarkets and the best local restaurants. She lives next door to the villa and like a guardian angel will assist you for any need.

The owner has furnished the villa Alliste with any kind of facilities for leisure time and sport:

A largest pool with a Jacuzzi in the centre of the garden, fully surrounded by a manicured meadow and high palm trees, a private tennis court (with lights to play in the cool nights) ; the sun deck area with deck chairs ; a shady patio with table and chairs for al fresco dinner ; the sauna room, which offers pleasant moments of relaxation, a play ground area for kids ; a fitness corner set under the porch, equipped with a mini-gym with weights and benches.

The House is about 250sqm, it is based on two levels and thanks to an air conditioning system working throughout the house it can assure a cool stay also during the hottest season. On ground floor we have: a largest and well lit living room with many French windows to access to the garden and the pool area. The living room has also access to the porch with gym corner. The room is furnished with modern and simple elements, and it has all sorts of technological comfort (TV sat, cd layer, internet wi-fi, stereo and Dolby system). The dining area is set in the other side of the room, which comes with dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms sharing a private bath with an hydro jet shower.

On the lower floor a largest suite take place with 2 areas each with two open double bedrooms separated by a room divider. There is also a bathroom with shower downstairs in the tavern. The villa can comfortably sleep then up to eight adults with any additions for children.

Distances: 15 km from Gallipoli, 2 km from Torre San Giovanni, 3 km from sandy beaches of Pescoluse locally known as the "Maldives of Salento". 90 km from Brindisi Airport, 190km from Bari Airport, Car rentals available at any Airport or in Gallipoli.
