Stayed 4 weeks while I was working in the area. The condo was great. Clean and comfy. Really open view of the beach from the balcony. The condo had everything I needed. Definitely recommend

Response from the owner Casa del Mar is the beach. If you keep food out or in your purse or with little ones, the sugar ants will find you. Casa del Mar has an excellent pest control department that oversees all 300 units and does a wonderful job monthly or as needed. Remember, this is the beach. Sand gets everywhere and little tiny ants are always hungry. Judy, owner

How do damage deposits work?
