Having vacationed in Galveston before, I thought I was getting a deal after seeing pictures of the property and leaving voicemails about location. The property was not at all as advertised. It was not overlooking the beach, it overlooked Wal-Mart parking lot. The kitchen was ill equipped, it did not even have an oven. I left a message and was not called back. We made the most of it, but will not use the rental company again.
