Newly renovated last summer this incredible property offers it all. Located right next to san luis pass on the western tip of galveston island, enjoy the great escape that is far enough away to relax but 20 minutes from the seawall. This is one of the best fishing spots on the texas coast. We have a 200 ft dock for your boat and a boat ramp right next door. Everything was new inside and out. Nice leather furniture. Nice flat screen TV. New high end appliances. Plenty of parking space. Nice big deck with gas grill. Bay side channel is right next to the house with new dock. Boat launch is a few hundred feet away - this is ideal for someone with a boat or watercraft. The perfect place for the angler to do some serious fishing.

Left on 07/31/2012 for a stay in July 2012
1 bedroom is downstairs attached to the tool shed. Beds were not made. The sheets were bundled up on the bottom of the bed for the guests to change the sheets. This shed has a door towards the bathroom that can go through the bedroom where my daughter and I stayed. Not safe due to owner and friends go in and out of the shed. Owner came upstairs to ask for towels during our stay
