A stone's throw from the best fishing waters in Galveston Bay, this 1100 square foot cottage offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Galveston Bay from the top deck. Come listen to the peace and quiet. The sound of the seagulls and the rolling surf is what you will hear at this house. There is a top of the line golf cart that you can rent with the home for getting to the beach and the private fishing pier and boat launch. This home has a large back yard for grilling, loads of decks, and a "Man Cave" underneath the house for laundry. Bay Harbor is the best kept secret in Galveston. 17 miles west of 61st street off Seawall and 3 miles east of the San Louis Pass. Quaint. Great neighbors, even better fishing! There is a private fishing pier, views of the Bay from the top deck and a peek at the Gulf of Mexico. Relax and get away from it all. This is a very comfortable house. Lot's of room to grill, read a good book on the screened in porch. Head to the beach, put the boat in at the nearby boat launch, take a nap, enjoy the sea breezes. Near San Luis Pass where the fishing is the best that there is! Enjoy Historic Galveston and the Strand for the day. Take some time for family and to re-connect. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready with expresso maker (and a regular Mr. Coffee) for morning coffee on the deck. There is a picnic table, umbrella table with 4 chairs or the LARGE round table in the screened in porch. Inside there is a beautifully and luxuriously furnished home. You will love this place!

Upon arrival I felt immediatley peaceful and at home. The a/c works great. The screened in porch is perfect for family suppers and afternoon cocktails...or just relaxing on the comfy chaise reading a book enjoying the sea breezes. Location could not be better. I reccommend it to my best friend.
