Villa Monty is placed on the top of a hill, 650 meters above sea level, in an absolute beautiful area, between two of loveliest medieval towns San Gimignano and Volterra. The villa is just 30 km away from Siena, 35 from Pisa, 45 from Florence, 50 from Lucca and 60 from the seaside. The villa stands amid of an estate of 9 hectares, surrounded by secular trees, uncontaminated air and peaceful environment The villa with high stone walls guarantees absolute privacy. There is a recently restored hard stone building dependence for special guests. The villa is simple and elegant meeting the real Tuscan style. Villa + Dependence can accommodate 16+4... guests (on requests additional beds will be provided) More attention has been given to handicraft works. The painted walls, costly bathrooms and Carrara marble kitchen, Impruneta terracotta floors and exclusive terrace adds more elegance to the villa. Villa Monty is equipped with all modern comforts like satellite Tv, dish-washer, telephone, independent heating, a laundry room, two refrigerators, a freezer and an ice-machine. Bed/bath/table linen is provided, except for swimming-pool towels. Also for the disposal of our guests, there are deck-chairs for the terrace, tables, chairs and sunshades for the pool. Villa (500 sqm. - 4+2 guests): In the ground floor, there is a big loggia, an entrance, an ample fully furnished living room and a dining room with fireplace, fully tiled bathroom and fully fitted kitchen with grey solid marble has been made with special care to make our guest feel special. On the first floor, there are 2 double rooms with solid marble bathrooms (Gilt corks). There is also a study room with a double sofa bed and a terrace. Apart from being a mansard, the second floor has a small bedroom for children. There is a six burner gas stove in the kitchen, fireplace, 2 refrigerators and a freezer, cooking utensils, an ice machine pots and dishes. Dependence (300sqm - 12+2 guests): Ground floor: There is a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, external laundry. First floor, one double bedroom for guests with bathroom and other 4 bedrooms (three double bedrooms and one small bedroom with a bunk bed) with 2 bathrooms in common. You have a lovely swimming pool with a width of 15 m x 6,50-8,50, with a starting depth of 1,20m, reaching 3.90 m deep. There is an agency located in Montaione to have all kinds of assistance regarding money change, tourist information, programs and details about facilities, attractions, concerts, reservations for restaurants and museums, reservations for golf course and horse riding, guided tours to the best-known towns of Tuscany, ticket office for railway, airlines, and seaway tickets, to send a fax or to use a PC with internet connection. The surroundings: The Villa is perched on a hill top at a distance of 650 m above sea level. It is located between two loveliest medieval towns - San Gimignano and Volterra. The villa is surrounded by 9 hectares wood - kept as a park - with many internal roads, running across the whole estate, ideal for walking, trekking, or simply enjoy the absolute peace of nature. Amongst the woods in the villa, there are small buildings - small house, five masonry aviaries, a kennel, a vast paddock with three boxes for horses, a spacious Pagoda-shaped constructions of about 100 m.
