The condo has been completely redone except for the appliances (which should be done soon). The decor is beautiful and we have booked again for next year.
Hope the weather is warmer!
Garden City's maintenance people and rental staff are a pleasure to deal with.
Garden City Realty's forms are confusing even to their staff. The deposit for next year seems high when compared to the competition. Pay now or pay later I guess.
It's a great place in a great area. -

1110 was pretty tired when we booked it last year but the owners have completely renovated the unit and it is beautiful. A pleasant surprise. Great Job!!!

The 11th floor, south side is the reason we rented this particular condo. It has beautiful views with the sun coming in all day. The down sides are that the master bedroom bed is lumpy and the sheets don't fit correctly, the kitchen needs updating badly (the stove was iffy) and the bathrooms were shedding wallpaper. Also, the television was close to 20 years old.

Great view, but parking garage is difficult to maneuver and hard to park with columns everywhere. Unit 1110 hasn't been changed since the 80s. Desperately needs updating. Only 2 tvs in unit. One sliding glass door wouldn't lock due to rust.Stayed at Surfmaster last year and found it more appealing.

Location is great and the views were beautiful with all the windows. Only problem were the very old TV's. I didn't mind not having a TV in the bedroom but the kids missed their TV's. We did have a great week!

Air conditioner needs attention. It is making loud noises when operating. The front door needs attention as rain came in under the front door while we were out. The plumbing at the toilet in the master bathroom is very rusted and looks like it could let
go at any moment. -
