OCEAN VIEW UNIT. Located 0.5 miles north of the Garden City Pier, Sea Oaks has 2 bedroom 2 bath units, both oceanfront and ocean view. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and living room with screened porch for a view of the beach. All units are furnished with dishwasher and cable TV. Some units have central heat and air conditioning while other units have individual wall mounted air conditioning and heat units. Elevator and Swimming pool. NO PETS. NO TRAILERS. Complete Linen and Bath Package Available for $100. Sheets and Pillow Cases ONLY Package Available for $48.

I wasn't informed that air conditioned wasn't working..repair man just showed up. Condo itself wasn't clean! I left it cleaner than it was when we got there. Half the blind are missing from balcony sliding door. We used a sheet to cover that up so people couldn't see in. Shower needs a lot of cleaning. Mildew was awful. My guest and I made it work..we cleaned it as best we could. We did leave 1 day early.

Our family rented units 209 and 210 for a weeks vacation. Overall we were well pleased. We have 2 negative comments: The rates were too expensive and unit 210 had a large air conditioner on the screened in porch so we did not sit on the porch due to the
heat and noise. -

Found out that the cold water nozzle was "Stripped" and would not work in the master shower. Reported it to GC on Monday morning but it still was not repaired when we left on Saturday. Kind of disappointing!

when i reserved,it was a friend who told me about this place,the only thing is i didn't knew it was not all the same owner for each condo, so mine (210) was very different then my other friend who was there with me at the same place.He had condo 209 and let me tell you,it was shocking to see how clean it was compair at mine.This owner refreshted the place over the years with paint and furniture ,and ours never and we could see very clearly that the owner doesn't care about his condo,he only wants to collect to make money and doesn't maintenance the place,i would go back to Sea Oak 209 , but never in 210,the look of the condo reflect how the owner is, i paid the same amount has my friend and i had no linens and he did and it was 10 times more clean by the look then mine,so this is my negative point that makes the difference for me,but i will nkow fir the next reservation,i will look more carefully,and maybe you should advise all the owners who dont refresh there condo,its so important for the reputation of Sea Oaks.
