Our beautiful new raised beach house is a yellow 2-story house near corner of Dogwood Dr. and Woodland Dr. in Garden City Beach, SC. Our rental beach house is 2- min. walk to beach and between N. Waccamaw Dr. and Dogwood Dr. on north side #126A Woodland Dr. 5-min. walk distance to the fabulous oceanfront Conch Seafood Restaurant!

This is our second year of staying at Ocean's Ten. The house is well appointed and kept immaculate by the owner. It is within a one minute walk to the beach and a short drive to all the local attractions.
There is plenty of space for all of your family and has a wonderful private pool in the back yard.
The owner makes the rental process very easy and provides one flat price for everything including the linens and cleaning.

My family stayed at this beach house the first week of June 2011. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is in the 1st block off the beach and is the last house in the block. It is a duplex and is the side closest to the beach. All the rooms are large and everything seems pretty new. We did find a few things lacking but nothing major. These things included not having a good connection to a wireless network. There was a non-secured network in the area but connection was hit or miss and extermly slow. We finally gave up on it. Some additional reading lamps beside the bed in the master bedroom would be good. The house is in the area north of the Garden City pier so there are some hi-rises and mutli-plex units which cause the beach to be somewhat crowded especially @ high tide. Mr Hines was quick in response to questions and making the reservation. However, the week prior to our arrival I noticed on his online calendar that the days prior to our arrival were unrented. I inquired about the possibilty of us checking in a little early if we were to arrive in town before the 4pm check in time. It was no big deal either way but he never responded to 2 email requests. As it turned out we arrived just after 4pm but it would have been nice to know if we had arrived an hour or 2 early that we could have gone straight to the house...or not. just saying.

Me, my wife, and 4 children had a great time at Stewarts place. The house is beautiful, spacious, and has a great little pool in the back yard, more like a huge hot tub but a great place to wade and hang out. The beach is a half a block away and there's a good restaurant/bar about 2-3 blocks from the house. There is bike and scooter rentals within 2-3 blocks from the house as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice/clean place to stay in. We'll definitely be back.

Great, glad you had fun. We just put in a new 40" color cable tv in downstairs bedroom on 11/12/10! Yea, 5000-gallon pool came with new house, but still accommodates up to 10 people. As our guest you can also use the indoor and outdoor larger pools at our Myrtle Beach Palace, Ocean Park and Bluewater Resorts, as we own and rent condos there also.

This beach house is great! Price is great for what you get and it is in a nice family friendly area. The owner is very friendly to work with also. The beach is only a short walk and there are golf cars available to rent to get around in also. I would definitely go back for a family vacation!

My family and I stayed in this new and very spacious beach house in June, 2010. This house has everything you could ask for. Four large bedrooms each having its own private bath. A large open living room/kitchen area that has plenty of seating for your entire party. Beautiful decorator colors and comfortable furnishings.
There is plenty of covered parking below the house. In the back yard there is very nice private pool along with several decks on both the front and back of the house.
The location is excellent, with an easy 2 minute walk to the beach!! Close to all the attractions of Myrtle Beach, but far enough away to give you some peace and quiet when you need it.
Everything from making the reservation to payment to check in and check out is easy with owner Stewart Hines. Stewart is excellent to do business with and makes an effort keep the business side of your vacation as simple as possible.
In my opinion you cannot go wrong renting this vacation home or any vacation home from Stewart Hines. His properties are clean, well maintained, comfortable, and provide for an excellent value.
We have already made our 2011 reservations with Stewart.
