We enjoyed our stay very much at this home. There was adequate space for our big family (11) and the 2 living rooms were wonderful! The pool was beautiful, and the view of the marsh was amazing. The owner called during the week to make sure that everything was fine, which I thought was very thoughtful. The only issue we had at the house were the ducks that kept getting in the pool (and pooping in the pool). The home was in great condition, though a little dated, and it was so nice already having linens provided. For the price, it was a wonderful place to stay!!

This house is in an ideal location and had plenty of room for us. (five adults and two five year olds) The pool was much larger than most rentals we have had and the patio, deck and boat dock were where we spent the most time. The kids fished and crabbed and there was plenty of catching going on at high tide. The house has almost two complete kitchens and the lower one has about everything you would need to cook and entertain. There are a few negatives with this home. The house needs a good cleaning. Although it was neat when we arrived it could have been much better. It would be nice if the furnishings were updated. The furniture is mismatched with stains and a lot of the pieces are showing some serious wear and tear. I would consider renting this house again if these issues were addressed.

Our family had the most wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house is clean, well maintained, and the air conditioners work well!
We had so many things we loved about staying there. It was a quiet neighborhood, but we were close to the ocean and the Garden City pier and shops. The inlet is calming to the soul and the pool is so convenient. My husband who is disabled loved the fact that he did not have to climb steps in the house because there are two large bedrooms downstairs as well as a kitchen and den. We hope to go back next year! -

The owners were great to work with and were attentive to any questions we had. Their home was spacious enough for our entire family, that was including 3 small grandsons all younger than 4 years old. The fisherman in the family enjoyed the dock, while the little ones splashed in the pool. The walk to the beach was really easy and plenty of room on the beach to build in the sand.
