Rent both sides (A & B) for 12 bedrooms! Great for family reunions. Fully furnished kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. 8 flat screen TV’s with DVD’s, Wi-Fi. It sleeps 12, there are 2 king, 2 queen and 4 twin beds. Ceiling fans throughout with central heat and air. Washer/Dryer. House close to pier. Decorated beautifully. Lot of rooms. Having 2 areas to hang out with family was great. Only complaint as others have towel bars in any of the bathrooms.

This house is in a nice spot. Beach is quiet (except for the fireworks every night). The interior of the house is adequate. Cabinets need updating, there were ants in the kitchen when we got there, there are no towel racks anywhere or hooks on the back of the doors. Furniture was nice. Having 2 living rooms & a laundry room are a bonus. The outside "shower" area needs a major clean out. We had a great stay & will go again next year.

Great location, well appointed units. The only down side was the area between the condo and beach was very littered and the porch was very narrow, limiting outdoor family gatherings, Will do again!

I was disappointed with this duplex. We have a large family and rented both sides. The chairs on the decks were falling apart. Rooms and bathrooms were extremely small. The kitchens were understocked for dishes and glasses. Light bulbs were missing in fixtures. A door handle to a bedroom came off, because it had only one screw. I would not recommend this property at the rental price we paid to anyone.

We absolutely LOVED this house. It is decorated modernly and beautifully. The beds were SO comfortable, and the views were gorgeous. We were impressed with how quiet the house was from room to room, despite lots of kids in our family. The kitchen is very
modern and well equipped. The only issue we had with this vacation was the location-- the house is about 4 houses down from the Garden City Pier which plays really loud music until just about midnight...we like more peace and quiet when we visit the ocean.
If noise doesn't bother you, I would definitely recommend this home! It is gorgeous! -

My family had some problems with our originally booked beach house and were moved to this house during the week. We moved from a 7 bedroom house to this 6 bedroom house. We loved everything about the house. The location is a half a block from the pier, the arcade and Sam’s Corner. The beach area in front of the house was plush.
Other than the size of the house being a bit small, the accommodations were great.
