Our beautiful beach house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath with an open floor plan. It's fully furnished and was recently remodeled and most importantly, it's very clean!!! We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and know you'll fall in love with our home and the pool.
Directly across the street from the beach and minutes from some of the best golf courses in the USA. Perfect for family vacations or as a golfer’s paradise. The amazing beach is the widest in Myrtle Beach, offering warm waters, soft clean white sand, mild waves, small crowds and hours of family fun.

Reservations require a $400 down payment due within 5 days of booking
The balance of the rental fee plus a $200 Damage Waiver Fee is due 30 days prior to arrival
Take care of the property and your $200 Damage Waiver Fee will be fully refunded
Full refund for cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival
LINENS - All beds are equipped with pillows, blankets, bedspreads & mattress pads. Sheets, pillowcases, bath & kitchen towels are not included. If you choose not to bring your own, a complete linen package is $85 and includes sheets & pillowcases for each bed, 12 bath towels, 6 washcloths, 2 bathmats, & 1 kitchen set). Individual items may also be rented as follows:
• Twin Sheet Set (includes pillow cases) = $7.50
• Queen Sheet Set (includes pillow cases) = $10.00
• King Sheet Set (includes pillow cases) = $11.50
• Bath Set (2 bath towels, 1 wash) = $7.50

We just got back from a very relaxing vacation in Garden City Beach! This vacation rental was perfect for our family! We are a party of 4, and there was more than enough space for all. And having the washer and dryer were the icing on the cake. Perfect location for all that we did-Dolphin Tour, Downtown Myrtle Beach, Medieval Times all within a short driving distance. The beach was fantastic and just a quick trip across the street. We also were able to enjoy the on site pool. Great location and very clean! And the most surprising part was when we rec'd our security deposit back, it was accompanied with a hand written Thank You note. Great touch, in our opinion! We will definetly be recommending this place to family and friends and hope to make a return visit next year!

The unit was easy to find, clean and with everything needed for a great vacation. The ocean is across the street and you can be at the beach in a minute or 2. Overall a great exoerience!

The home is everything and more as described by the owner. We stayed in June 2011 for the first time, and what a beautiful place!!! Top quality throughout, spacious bedrooms and having 2 baths plus a full washer/dryer was wonderful. The beach is fabulous with soft sand and an inviting surf. If you want to relax, this is the place. Just minutes away from shopping, dining, and outdoor activities, this quiet, private location is an idyllic getaway. Treat yourself!
