Guillemots is a charming, traditional stone cottage, centrally located in the heart of the fishing village of Gardenstown on the stunning north east coast of Scotland and can sleep four people. The cottage is set over three floors and has a second floor double bedroom and a second floor twin bedroom with a basin and WC. There is also a shower room, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen with an AGA (in winter months), a dining room with an open fire and a sitting room with an gas fire. Outside there is nearby parking and a private, enclosed, deck...ed terrace to the front with furniture. Guillemots is a wonderful base for your holiday near the coast.

The neighbouring village of Banff boasts a relaxing sandy beach and Duff House, an impressive Georgian mansion open to visitors and home to paintings and artefacts from the National Galleries of Scotland. Banff also has a good selection of shops, restaurants and hotels which serve a fine selection of local sea foods.

Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
