Our Rooms:

For your holiday we can offer you 3 beautiful apartment types. They are all spacious, bright and welcoming, with a country house furniture and every comfort. With sitting, working, living and sleeping nooks and fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes with coffee and water dispenser. With Sat/TV- and internet! All living rooms have large balconies with stunning mountain views. Upon request we offer a rich alpine breakfast.

Fireplace:

In our cozy, rustic fireplace lounge, we offer on request, a scrumptious breakfast of alpine heimieschen products:

* homemade jam

* butter and cheese from local service

* meat and sausages from our DIY butcher, Peter Strasser

* bread and rolls from our bakery and confectionery "Ruehl"

We will set a simple standard breakfast out for you as well. Socializing, playing cards, as well as bridge rounds make up for bad weather days here.

Fit and Well:

To expand under our motto "oasis of calm and relaxation," we have a new attraction: "a Physiotherm cabin." You can:

* relieve muscular tension and pain,

* exposure to reduce stress,

* increase regeneration after physical stress,

* strengthen the immune system and contribute by intense sweating for detoxification,

* without straining the heart and circulation greatly.

Physiotherm principle: Heat has been used for centuries to treat various ailments. The unique combination of low-temperature infrared technology and patented lava sand technology ensures healthy low heat already from 30C °, without stressing the cardiovascular system. The stored heat is generated and delivered by C-natural infrared radiation and thus reaches the lymph and blood vessels inside the body.

If desired you can extend your program by: massage - reflexology - Pedicure Massage - Full body - body part - Massage - Pamper Packages with aromatic honey or lymphatic drainage.

You will only be treated by trained therapists who have specialized training courses certified for the various treatments.

Conditions:

Allergy and nonsmoking: nonsmoking apartments and for people with allergies are on the attic level. Pets such as dogs or cats are welcome on the first floor.

Parking: Parking is on the property, at the house. A garage is available on request. Bicycles can be parked in the yard or in the basement. A closed locker for drying and for skis is also available.

This unit is located conveniently near Munich Airport. From Munich Airport the distance to the unit at Am Kreuzsteg 4, 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen is about 132 km (82.5 miles), approximately a 1 hour, 27 minutes drive by car. In addition, there are good public transportation options available for Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in case you don't want to rent a car. Directions:
If you come by car from Munich, make sure that you take the tunnel before Garmisch-Partenkirchen to the right lane towards "Garmisch" (Fern Pass, Reutte, Grainau). This way you get easily through the Marienplatz to us in the Zugspitzstrasse.
Coming from the west on the A7 motorway, via Reutte and Ehrwald, you come straight into the Zugspitzstrasse and to us. Our house is only accessible via the Zugspitzstrasse.
In the Zugspitzstrasse is an ESSO station at which you turn right or left, before or after. Depending on which direction you come from. While in the middle dead end "Am Kreuzsteg" to the end to our house with the number 4.
