This terraced cottage in Gatehouse of Fleet sleeps seven people in four bedrooms. Ralston Cottage is a welcoming terraced cottage in the coastal town of Gatehouse of Fleet. The cottage has a double on the ground floor along with a shower room, and on the first floor are a further double, a twin and a single as well as a bathroom. These first floor rooms have slightly reduced head height. There is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room. Outside the cottage is roadside parking, and a rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Ralston Cottage is a great base for enjoying the amenities of Gatehouse of Fleet, and the rest of the lovely surr...ounding countryside.

Town: Situated on the Solway Firth, the small, country town of Gatehouse of Fleet is a peaceful place, decorated in pretty pastel colours. Set in the gorgeous Dumfries and Galloway countryside and within five minutes drive of beautiful sandy beaches, there is also a loch and the opportunity to try river fishing. Founded in around 1760, the town was originally a mill community and today a visitors’ centre set in the former bobbin mill - Mill on the Fleet – tells the story of Gatehouse's cotton spinning days. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
