To start with I believe check in time should be a little flexible when people are arriving from afar distance. Now abot the cabin. Hmmm not much to say but really really Beautiful. Amazing view. wonderful beds and furniture. Game room was outstanding for the whole family. Maybe need to add a fireplace or other heating device down there. Alittle chilling in the evening even with heater running. Best things about over all cabin was the view and the amount of room. didn,t feel cramped.

Thank you for your response. We try to coordinate your check-in time with the final cleaning and reinspection by our inspectors "after" the clean to assure you with a super clean and comfortable stay. If we check you in earlier than what we post on the confirmation, you run the risk of running into a cleaning crew that has not finished their job and final inspectors that have not gone over the final check-list process to assure that everything is in working order from the previous guests. It takes time to clean these cabins and refill the Hot Tubs properly from the previous guests that just checked out. That is why we post our check-in times so that you can try to plan your arrival accordingly. There are still plenty of things to do before you check-in to your cabin if it is not ready. We like to be assured that the cabin is ready rather than you call us back from a hastily cleaned and uninspected cabin with non-working items. It takes time to prepare your cabin to our standards and in the long run the wait is always worth it. We will pass on the other comments to the owner of the cabin. Thank you, Denise

We loved the cabin we stayed in "View Catcher", as it was exactly that, a great view of the Smokey Mountains. Although there are other cabins in the area you still feel as though you're in a place of your own.
The cabin was immaculate, comfortable, and decorated perfectly. We'd definitly stay there again. Lots of great hiking in the area, places to eat, and things to do. Perfect!
