Attention to detail and plush decor bring about a different sort of atmosphere in this fabulous Smoky Mountain Cabin. Situated on 3+ acres and complete with walking trails, there is plenty do do inside or out! On the main floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and granite counter tops, as well as the comfortable living area boasting a gas fireplace, sofa (sleeper) and TV with DVD and VCR. The main floor also has the master bedroom with a king size bed, jacuzzi tub, and adjacent full bathroom. The loft floor offers a futon, pool table, TV with DVD, and another full bathroom.

      The air conditioning was broken when we arrived so we had to wait half a day (Aug) to get it fixed. The tv in the bedroom didn't work. The hot tub was smelly with visible mold on the sides and bottom. It reeked of mold. Also the temperature in the hot tub never worked well either and it wouldn't stay warm. It also wouldn't shut off most of the time.
      Other than that, the cabin was beautiful and isolated (which we loved).

      Quite the dissapointment

      We arrived at the cabin on Sunday as scheduled, late in the evening and very worn out from the ride. When we went to take our showers the towels had a very musty smell so we washed them before we took our showers. then when we sat down to eat supper at the table we notice a large pile of shavings on the floor next to the oulet under the window, and several wasp on the floor. so we took the few cleaning supplys we could find and swept and hand mopped the floor. When we got into town on Tuesday we told the office, they appologized and said they would send out the pest control. He showed up the next morning while we were sleeping and said there wasnt anything he could do he would have to gas the house, this was after another pile of shavings appeared in the same area and in all of the windows in the living room and kitchen area. On thursday evening we decided to take some time in the Hot tub only to find it wasnt full and you could see where it had been leaking out from underneath. I called the office and they told me that it was too late to have anyone look at it and it would be too late to use it after they got it fixed, so they were sorry but I would have to call back on Monday because the Manager was off for the weekend and she was the only authorized person to adjust the billing or do anything about the problem.
      I called back on Monday from home and was told that I waited too long to say anything and she didnt have anyother complaints from the following customers so she didnt feel I had any issue that needed addressed!
      Thanks for the great service. The best part about the vacation was I proposed to my now Fiance and she said Yes. But we werent coming back to that Cabin ever again nor would we use amazing Views of the Smokies.
      Oh yea dont expect to get refunded for a dirty cabin ethier. No matter how much you pay for cleaning services.

      We had a relaxing, beautiful stay at our cabin. It had everything we needed& then some!!! Beautiful drive to our cabin, & nice wooded view from our deck. Clean and well maintained, and located in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We would Definitely stay in the "Rustic Elegance Cabin" Again!!

      The service we received from amazing Views was excellent and the cabin was very lovely and well appointed. It was also private but very easy to get to. I like the new check-in policy at amazing Views which allows you to check-in without actually going to the office thereby saving a lot of valuable vacation time.

      We stayed in this cabin for our 25th wedding anniversary for 6 nights. We loved the peaceful and secluded location, and all the lodge decor inside. We cooked out on the back deck nightly. We had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this cabin. It was beautiful.

      Awesome Weekend

      Me and my wife went for the weekend as a getaway. The cabin was nicer than was stated in the reviews. Very clean, and I have to admit I'm pretty picky. The circle drive made it easy to turn around, unlike alot of the cabins. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking to have a nice weekend getaway. If I had to state one thing that I would change, it would be to replace the existing TVs with flat screens. Other that that, No Changes.

      This was a quite pleasant experience overall and I would recommend it to anyone. The staff at check-in were especially friendly and helpful and the cabin was exceptional in decor, condition, and cleanliness.

      There was a fly in the ointment however. None of the three TV sets could be operated satisfactorily. Use was strange and incomprehensible despite vigorous effort and a plea for service help went unanswered for two days. Better instructions are needed, printed ones, and responsiveness to a trouble call needs improvement.

      I actually reserved cuddly bear for our honeymoon and it was a nice place but unfortunately the water stopped working our first night and without any issues the staff offered us rustic elegance. It is a beautiful cabin with great accomodations, nice hot tub brand new appliances. The bedroom is huge and everything about it was amazing. Cant wait to stay again!

      We stayed at Rustic Elegance for out honeymoon august 2011. It was a very clean cabin and looked brand new inside! The whole cabin was decorated so nice. The office staff were especially easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying at this cabin. Great time there!!
