Located in Gatiinburg's city limits and less than 3 miles to downtown and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and only a short drive to Pigeon Forge.
Soak your worries away in our hot tub located on the deck or warm your bones by the fireplace in our great room. This cabin was great! Everything was as the owners said it would be! It is located in a great place & private. And just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we had so much fun! So much to do and not enough time to do it. Great family time for all of us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We have 3 kids and there was lots of space for all of us to spread out and have our own relaxing time! The beds were comfortable and the towels were so plush! Convenient location! We would stay again.

This cabin is located near the very front of the Black Bear Falls community which has very easy access to Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and also the arts & Crafts community. We traveled with our children (one married, and one teenager). The cabin was set up perfectly for us in that each bedroom/bathroom was on a separate floor. The lower level was basically it's own unit with a bedroom, game/tv room, bathroom. laundry room and porch. The kitchen is very small but equipped nicely - was great for us as we went out for most meals. The cabin/hot tub does offer privacy as the cabin is surrounded by trees. The rocking chairs on the porch are a nice touch!

The cabin more than met our expectations. It was bright and new but cozy and comfortable at the same time. Having the bedrooms on three levels made for lots of privacy. We loved the hot tub and pool table. There was no dampness or mustiness like we've found in other cabins. The owners were attentive and available for getting information. The resort is beautiful and upscale, and the location couldn't be better - close to but not directly in the downtown area. The kids are already planning our next trip.

Place was amazing. Very relaxing and quiet in Black Bear Falls. Very easy to get in and out of. Around 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. No better place to stay! We will be making this a yearly trip. :) Thanks so much.
