Thanks for sharing this jewel with my family. We enjoyed watching the people skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, the tram on it's way back and forth, but mostly enjoyed the view of the smokey mountains. Wow! Everything was clean and neat upon arrival. Everything you could possibly need to prepare meals is there. Thanks for providing wood for the fire place (which is a treat to sit near when it's 19 degrees outside). Perfect trip because of you. Wonderful hosts! Thank you for giving such detailed directions and being so kind to work with. We'll be back.
Our Thanksgiving stay with our kids and grandkids was perfect

The cabin is clean and cozy. We ran out of wood because of the snow and cold weather,Val had wood delivered before we were totally out.The view is great and the different levels of the home let us have privacy when we needed it.Our favorite thing about the cabin was the fireplace, We will stay again

This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed at and it is truly set up for relaxation and enjoyment. The views are magnificent from every window. It is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so whichever way you want to go your are set. The beds are also very comfortable and the hot tub usable in October as it is partially enclosed. It was great!! I think it was the most relaxing vacation I've ever had and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the cabin. Definite winner!!!

I just returned from my 5-night stay at Mt. LeConte and couldn't be more pleased. The descriptions and pictures are right on the money, so I felt immediately at home when I arrived.
The chalet is clean, comfortable, airy, and safe. Being a young woman traveling alone, feeling safe and secure was a huge factor for me in deciding where to stay. I loved the keyless entry. Never having to worry about getting locked out added peace of mind. Locking up the chalet was easy at night. And while it might seem trivial, the flat parking in front was a great added feature. It made load in/out and entry/exit extremely fast and easy.
The views were unbelievable. There is nothing quite like waking up to the sun peeking up over the mountains. If you're looking for a place with impeccable views, this is your winner. There are properties relatively close on either side, but if I didn't know that, I wouldn't have been able to tell. I never heard or saw anyone, and the chalet could not have been more quiet. I felt like I was on a mountain by myself (yet safe, because I wasn't). Best of both worlds!
Kitchen is stocked. Bathrooms are clean. Beds are comfy. I had cable, internet, and as much mountain air as my little lungs could handle.
Most importantly, the owners are informative, accommodating, and honest. So easy and pleasant to work with. Again, traveling alone, I was extremely grateful for the communication before my trip. I had info for the best restaurants and nearest grocery stores, traveling tips for easy navigation, and a detailed list of what is/is not provided. It helped me pack up everything I needed for the week. I wouldn't have needed to leave if I didn't want to!
All in all, it was an amazing and much needed getaway. Thanks, Val and Renee' for sharing your beautiful mountains with me! :) Hope to stay with you again soon!

Excellent location for relaxing. High up in the hills above town but only a 15 minute drive to the city center. Condo was very clean and the owners had provided everything from charcoal for the grill to a local grocery savings card.

We loved the view from this property!! It was easy to access downtown, Ober Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mtn National Park without having to get trapped in the downtown traffic. We went during spring break- so I don't know if the traffic is always that bad. We loved the enclosed hot tub- what a view! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us ( 4 adults and 3 kids).

We had a wonderful time. I'm not much into heights so the ride up and down made me nervous each time we left the cabin but someone who loves that excitement would really enjoy this cabin. The views were absolutely beautiful. The weather was pretty the first few days and we opened the door on the deck and could hear Christmas music from Ober Gatlinburg. We looked down on birds flying... yes, down. Cabin very well supplied with everything we needed and the bed slept great! Lots of games and puzzles. Ample kitchen supplies.
Communication with the owners was the best thing. When I emailed with a question just a few days before we left, they e-mailed me right back with an answer. Everything was just as they said it would be. Would definately rent from them again.

The cabin was spacious and in a great location. Less than 10 minutes to the strip. The views were amazing and the everything was just as described by other websites and reviews. I'm not much of a cook but my lady raved over the amount of cookware and utensils in the kitchen. We had a great time and will be recommending this cabin as well as Val and Renee to friends and family.

Cabin was as advertised and more! We had 8 adults and one child and the best part was we got to bring our dogs with us and had plenty of room. Large full service kitchen and dining area was great for eating in and saving money eating out. Tremendous views of Obergatlinburg and surrounding mountains were better in person than in the pictures. Owners are very well organized and worked with us to get the best rate for when we wanted to stay prior to holidays. Will stay with them again when!

Our family had a wonderful time. The Smoky Mountains are beautiful. There is so much to see and do that it would take a much longer stay or many returns to see it all. The home was in a perfect location for downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and many other areas if interest. The view from Mt. LeConte Vista is breath taking. Every morning when we took the dog out he went staight to the trash cans - we beleive he smelled a bear. The day we left we saw one just a short distance from the house. We all had a great time.

Nice house, lots of space and light (when not being in the mist)
Kids loved the hot tub.
Tv in living room not working, hard to see properly which was a bummer with the March madness going on.
House was hard to find. We did not like the view Read more
Wow. We have never had a guest say they did not like the view from our cabin before. It is usually the exact opposite!
This guest never reported to us that they had an issue with the TV. We will get the TV repaired or replaced ASAP. It is impossible to address an issue if the guest does not notify us.

The Chalet is located high in the mountainous area of Gatlinburg. There are great views and nice "homey" atmosphere. Some areas of the house are not modern, but it is a good place to have a family/friend get away. Once you get to it, you may want to stay until morning...because it is unnerving getting up those steep hills during the day...at night it is just plain frightening! Overall, we had a wonderful time there!
