Lazy Daze Lodge is a brand new luxury 4 bedroom cabin featuring its own home theater room with 9 foot theater screen and 6 reclining leather theater seats. The wide open great room features 25 feet from peak to floor with plenty of fixed glass to enjoy the view of the outdoors. End your day in Gatlinburg with a relaxing sauna in the cedar lined sauna room or perhaps grill out with your own stainless steel gas grill. 4 Bedroom, 4.5 baths, 3 jacuzzi tubs, pool table, hot tub on the deck and plenty of space in the game room for kids or loft upstairs.

Our group is dissatisfied due to these issues: Ants in the bathrooms: one of the upstair masters, and the lowest level. Left a message for Maintenance and they sent Exterminator -- however no one cleaned up the dead ants or the chemical residue. The cabin needs a thorough detailing. It is dirty behind doors, door ledges are dirty, stickers left on bathroom cabinet. Two of the TVs required reprogramming to get them to work. The upstair Masters do not have threshold covering carpet between bedroom and bathroom -- nails can be felt. I find it unprofessional that no one answers the phone, and that Tenants are required to leave a message and wait for a return call. After several attempts to contact the Manager, I still have not spoken directly to a Manager about these issues.

The Laze Daze Lodge was a good location for our family get together. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The property is located in what I would call a vacation rental subdivision. The homes are well spaced and well maintained. However, if you are looking for a secluded place, this is not it.

Well to start with this has become the only place I will stay at when I go to Gatlinburg Tenn. They are the best at everything and the cleanest cabins I've ever stayed in. Had a wonderful time. We got upgraded to this cabin because there was a technical issue with our original cabin. MY GOSH! This place was HUGE and perfectly set up for families with kids. Downstairs was the pool table, 9 recliner theater room with 12' screen, sauna, air hockey, pool table, you name it. It was overwhelming at first, but in a good way. We had a beautiful view and the floor to ceiling glass windows and huge arched roof made the place feel 3 times as huge. Our only regret was we didn't getto finish our puzzle we started! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Very satisfied with the cabin. Furnishings were adequate. Sauna was not really hot enough. Hot tub was great as was the home theatre with the 9 foot screen and theatre style seating. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were fine with hot water with great pressure. Pool table, air hockey, mutliple flat screen tv's, wireless, all added to the stay. Take the advice of the resort staff regarding the directions to avoid traffic.

I traveled from Myrtle Beach to Elk Springs and received a call on my way there telling me the code to get into my cabin. Aside from a call the next day checking to see if we were satisfied with the cabin, I never had any reason to request further assistance. The cabin was immaculate. It's located within 7 minutes of Gatlinburg's attractions. The beds were comfortable and the atmosphere was quiet. Everything was as advertised with the exception of the air hockey game (hence the 4 star overall rating). I would not hesitate to recommend this cabin (Lazy Days) or the location.

Great communication throughout the entire rental experience. Phenonmenal house with great amenities. Only suggestion is to update your says that there is a air hockey game and website had included a picture of it as well. I had told my grandson that we would play and had to explain that it must have broken. We needed to have maintenance come and fix something in theater room, and they were there within 90 minutes. Will be using Elk Springs again, God willing.

Our families met for a reunion vacation. There were people aged from 2 to 82. Lazy Daze was conveniently located and had nice ammenities. The porch was spectacular. Conveniently located and a great place to return to and relax after a day of sightseeing and activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Daze Lodge. Everything was just as pictured. Our boys loved the movie room and we enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and spacious bedrooms & baths. While we did not cook often, the kitchen had everything we could need or want. The location was great too. Elk Springs Resort was very close to all the Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge attractions, yet tucked away from all the traffic and congestion. We had a fantastic time and hope to return soon!

Lazy Daze was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Had the space for all of us to enjoy time together or have quiet time away from the rest of the group. It really met all of our needs. Loved the cabin and the reservation team was very professional. We also enjoyed going for walks in the afternoon thru the resort and admire the rest of the cabin. The location of the resort and cabin is perfect, not too far from town but secluded enough. I liked the fact that the cabins are not too close to each other so you have some privacy. Great times!

I was very impressed by the pristine condition of the cabin when we arrived. It was nice to walk into the cabin after a very long drive and have the beds already made with fresh sheets and the hot tub ready to enjoy! The location of the cabin was perfect, nestled in the woods with a pretty view and secluded enough to not hear the hustle and bustle of town. The ease of checking in and out was great!! The cabin is totally awesome, and well taken care of. We had a blast. It is nicer than the photos indicate. Also, it is not in a dangerously high and steep area like many cabins. The only thing that would keep us from coming back is the cold basement, which is a shame because the cabin is otherwise flawless.

There are two things that concerned me. The downstairs was so cold we had to get a portable heater for the children. The other inb case of an emergency there is no land line and we had no cell service. If my husband could not have connected to his computer to have cell service I would have been nervous about the visit. BUT EVERYTHING WAS NICE AND THE OVERALL STAY WAS AMAZING

Hi James, thank you for the comments. Cleaning a 4 bedroom cabin is a pretty substantial job, so we do appreciate the assistance if you are willing to do so. Mostly we like the trash removed as a courtesy to the next guest checking in. We can't monitor what is being cooked and thrown away in the cabin so mostly it gives us the best chances to avoid a lingering odor issue if you can take out the trash as early as possible before the next guest arrives.Incidentally, the cleaning fee is the exact fee that is paid to the cleaners to clean the cabin and it can take a crew of 3-4 several hours to clean them. We appreciate the comments

During the week of our rental, my parents celebrated 50 years together and my wife and I celebrated 7 years together. My parent didn't want a party, so my brother and I took them to Gatlinburg for the week. The house was perfect for us. My parents loved the main level master. My kids loved the theater room. We will rent from Elk Springs again.

We decided on a Tuesday that we wanted to go to Gatlinburg the next day. I called and spoke with the reservation specialist. VERY HELPFUL. They were so appreciative of us calling and using their company. We were able to book the cabin for the next day for four nights. The cabin was awesome - even better than the pictures online. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. It is secluded, but convenient to downtown - only about a 10 minute drive. We felt like we got a steal on this great cabin. We will definitely use this agency again.

Beautiful mountains, white-water rafting, live theater, ziplining, SHOPPING, the trolly system, everything imaginable in both lodges for a large family to enjoy. From the very start, the staff was very helpful and helped us find the right places, and we all had an absolutely memorable reunion. Would recommend it highly (well, maybe not Dollywood).

Cabin was nice. Although I would recommend checking all items when upon arrival. We did not check the hot water (it was warm) until the next morning as we were taking showers and got a fast response from maintenance to turn up the heat on the hot water heater.

Heating units were a little challenging, cold downstairs and extremely hot upstairs, no pavement outside, but I'm sure that will come. Gas logs way too complicated to turn on, would suggest a remote. Other than that, the place is spectacular. Great location!!!

Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The grill's grates were in very poor condition and we felt should have been replaced. The sofa in the downstairs was ripped on the back cushion seams and stuffing was coming out. The hot tub had a wierd oder to it like it needed to be treated or something. Suggestions to make it more family friendly to those of us with little kids is to put in a little play area somewhere on location, swings, slides something like that.

We loved the location, we did not mind the ride on the beautiful country roads, and when we had a problem we called the number provided and they were out while we were gone and everything was great, the layout was one for the good housekeeping mag. if you ask me, we tell a lot of people we know about it, and hope in the future to get to use one of you beautiful places again, we were able to send our sister up from mississippi to be with us, it was the first time in 5 years us sister have been together with my parents , last time was a week after katrina and its was not a friendly visit, it was to make everyone safe and bring them what they needed right away, if you have any questions you want to ask, that i didnt cover please send me another email and ask i will be happy to answer, thanks again and God Bless

Lazy Daze was everything we hoped it would be. We felt comfortable and at ease the moment we stepped into the house. It was clean, spacious, cozy, and very inviting. The beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water (the rain shower heads are fantastic), plenty of kitchen equipment. We had no complaints!

Lazy Daze Lodge was a beautiful cabin with great views and amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay spending time soaking in the outdoor hot tub or enjoying a movie on the 9' home theater room screen. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture to truly make Lazy Daze Lodge feel like home for a week. I'd highly recommend the property. The only "issues" we had were that a hot dog was left in the microwave by the cleaning crew as was a cardboard pizza box left in the oven. No big deal, but a fire hazard if you used the oven. Those little issues aside I highly recommend Elk Springs for your next Smokie Mountain getaway!

Maintenance man was extremely helpful, as well as Brandi. Unfortuneately, wasp nests above the porch, kept us from utilizing the porch as much as we wanted. Poor cell phone reception made me feel stranded and made it difficult to contact the Lodge's office. The cabin could use a hard line phone. Perhaps some automated help for limited mobility people to get up and down the stairs should be added. Also, some small tables on the porches would be nice, and a place for a fire pit to roast a large item. Cabins are spaced a little further than I like. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

What a wonderful week. Cabin was extremely clean, excellent location, relaxing views. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. This is our second time staying with Elk Springs and have never been disappointed. Can't wait until next year...... Thanks.

The theater room was the best. The only thing I would like to say is that I would have love to be more in the mountains. The lazy daze was not up far enough to me but the overall cabin was wonderfull and I will be returning again this year. The cabin was very clean and they provided every thing from dish towels to the gabbage bags and they also provided additional blankets for the theater room. The rooms were excellent and the beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the space and the tub with the spa in every room. Please continue to keep doing what you have done and you will most likely be here a long time.

Overall the stay was great. It would have been beneficial to have a broom or vacuum to clean up from day to day instead of waiting until checkout. I also called to report damage to a couch and door knob and was told someone would come out to see but no one ever came. However, these were very minor issues and the stay was great overall and the cabin was very beautiful. Thank you, Jeremy Thompson

Hi Jeremy, we did come to visit to fix the door while you were out. Sorry about the couch, it did break during your stay and we were unable to fix it. It can be difficult to get a furniture repair person on the weekends, but we've remedied the problem now.

This truly was the best vacation we have had in a while. the resort was great the staff went above and beyond for us. After arriving late, we had to contact the main office and with in a few minutes they returned our call with access code and with in few minutes of that a personal visit by the staff asking if we needed anything and showed genuine concern that they had been trying to contact us but were unable.
The cabin it's self was exactly as described. Clean and organized.
We are going to set a date in the near future to stay again. Thank you Elk Springs and to all you staff. -

There was no broom or vacuum and this was a problem when so many were coming and going--we needed a broom. The windows were very dirty and cobwebs and dust on the ceiling fans--I know it's all really high up, but with wedding pictures being taken against the windows, it was a little annoying. Other than that, all was great and I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We stayed 5 nights between Christmas and New Year. The lodge was laid out nicely and had attractive and comfortable furniture. Parking was convenient for 2 cars and the entrance was very accessible for my elderly parents. The most difficult and frustrating part was regulating the temperature of the three levels; the bedroom in the basement was like a refrigerator and the bedrooms upstairs were like an oven. Also, the seat in the sauna was broken and we could not use it. The community is attractive and convenient to Gatlinburg, but for $500+ a night you would expect better.

Hi Scott, we've reconfigured the heating in this unit to increase air flow in the lower level to balance the flow which balances the temperatures perfectly.

We had a wonderful and memorable Thanksgiving at Lazy Daze Lodge. The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Bed rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all three families. The theatre room was great! The kids loved the game room. The location was perfect. We will definitely return to Elks Springs and would recommend it to all of our friends.

house had not been vacuumed when we arrived. i took pictures of a potpourri of items that were found on the floor upon check in. i put those items on the toilet tank (items included a water bottle, child's watch, a couple bobbie pins, and various other small items). also, the grout work throughout the house is just very poor work. in one upstairs bathroom, the grout is all over the tile (needs cleaning). also, in the 1/2 bath on main level, there is no molding on either side of the mirror above sink. sawdust on top of light fixture upstairs, window sills have collected a lot of debris..bottom line, this house was not ready to rent

The cabin our family and friends stayed at over the labor day weekend was the most beautiful cabin I've ever seen. There is nothing like it the views are phenomenal. From the time you open the door the frist day you arive untill the day you leave your still amazed by everthing. You just can't amaging untill you see it for yourself.

We were generally unhappy with the stocking of the kitchen, too few bowls and pans; it was very difficult to cook for a full house. There was inadequate seating in the great room and the couch was terribly uncomfortable.The home theater's sound system did not function properly, we had to fix ourselves. For a resort to indicate that they are luxury, there should have been a more amply supply of towels and better communication prior to check in on what is stocked in the house.

The Cabin was beautiful, it had everthing as it was stated online. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars was because it was so new the driveway was not yet pathed, and some of the bathroom vanities did not seem completed yet. Some "things" were still missing such as hooks in the bathrooms. Not a big deal, just noted it.

The only problem was with the trash. We had to constantly clean up from raccoons getting into the cans overnight, and there was no broom onsite to help us do so. Other than that, it was an AMAZING cabin, all high quality furnishings and a tremendous vacation for our family. The cabin was well stocked with cooking supplies and just all the conveniences of home. We have already recommended your resort to all our co-workers! Pictures just can't begin to describe the beauty!! Thanks again!
