Within walking distance to Gatlinburg's newest adventure park...Anakeesta!! Park at the Building parking area and enjoy the day without worrying about finding a parking spot in the busy downtown area.

The Main Parkway is intact so there is plenty of entertainment for the whole family. Pigeon Forge is also open for visitors. In a press conference, the mayor pointed out that the best way to help out after the fire is to come visit our stores, visit our attractions, eat at our restaurants, etc.

So please come and make Gatlinburg your travel destination for the whole family!

Renovated 4th floor Gatlinburg condo in the heart of it all! Walking distance (4 blocks) to the parkway and located near a trolley stop! Enjoy the spectacular view from the private balcony. Great location with city on one side and the national forest on the other side. Remodeled unit with upgrades which include: hardwood floors, tile floors and fireplace and mantle, Granite counter tops throughout, microwave. All of these upgrades, combined with the fine choice of furniture and decorations, have given this unit an at home feeling, while looking more elegant! Building has an indoor pool and a hot tub. On-site laundry.Sleeps 6 adults comfortably in 2 queen size beds and 1 king size bed. A sleeper sofa is available, but the sleeper sofa is recommended only for children. The beds now have luxurious new hypoallergenic PuraSleep CoolFlow Memory Foam Mattresses (April 2017). The condo has been recently painted (April 2017) with a soothing color palette.

This unit is professionally maintained and we take great care to keep it as allergy free as possible. We request our guests to maintain a very strict no pet and no smoking policy in the unit or on the balcony. Violations will result in an additional cleaning fee. Must be 21 or older to rent.

Special note for allergy sufferers: We have completely removed all wall-to-wall carpeting to reduce allergens.

Response from the owner Our condo looks exactly like the picture on our website. Each and every room has windows. The second bedroom has two windows. The view from the private balcony is exactly the same. Every review supports my statement. Maybe her expectation was a 5 star resort and ours is not.This guest has harassed me incessantly citing mold and dirt. When we asked for pictures, she never did send any. Then she resorted to plain threats and bulling to get refund. I have offered many times to send my maintenance and cleaning crew which she refused. I had to bring a professional company to inspect for mold and mildew due to this false allegation. And as expected the results were negative. It is so unfortunate that a small business owner like me have to face people like these and they can just get away with tarnishing my reputation.
