King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with seasonal fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. We had a great stay at Baskin Creek 101. Condo is very spacious, and was very clean. We were able to walk downtown and/or take the trolly. The pool looks nice, but it was to cold for us to experience. We are planning our next trip and will stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have a trolly schedule, it's suppose to pick up every 30 minutes, but it didn't seem like it was running on that schedule. Times specified would be better.

We really enjoyed our family vacation at Baskin'c Creek. The property was conveniently located with in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg so we didn't have to drive much or pay for parking downtown. The condo itself was beautiful. Tastefully decorated, very clean and loved the big tub in the master suite.
We also really liked having 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids. When we go back to Gatlinburg would love to stay here again! -

This was our first time at Baskins Creek and I must say it was wonderful! There were 6 of us and my grandbaby and we felt like we were at home. The condo was spotless and very spacious, we look forward to returning very soon! Could not ask for a better place to spend time away from home.

There were 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). We loved the condo. The only things that could have been added are a hairdryer, coffee, and extra dishwasher detergent (there was only enough for 2 loads). The condo building seemed almost out of place because the surrounding area was not nearly as nice. We also liked that it was just a short walk to the strip. The pool was also perfect for us.

This was a perfect location for an easy walk to the strip in Gatlinburg. It was so convenient and centrally located that we were able to eat several meals in the condo saving a lot of money on restaurant bills. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was spotless with everything we needed and very comfortable for our family of six.

We stay here 2 or 3 times a year for the last 5 years. We love it because it is within walking distance and is always very clean and more like home. I will say this is the first time we heard the people up above us banging all evening on the floors and some kids kept ringing the doorbell an running away. It was also the condo was cold because the heat was set on 65 and wouldn't go any higher. But this was the first time we've ever had a few problems, but we still love it here and will be back if they don't keep raising the prices anymore.

This is the third time our church group stayed at Baskins Creek. Each time has proven to be a very rewarding experience. The accommodations have always been clean. The staff has always been courteous and helpful to us. This is an excellent place for groups, families, or friends to stay. Also, there is a large conference room that we used for our daily sessions.

My four kids & my niece & I came to visit foe spring break. April4-8, 2011. We had a wonderful time, The location was great, We could walk downtown. & The Room was very clean,Plus it was peaceful. I really enjoyed myself and so did everyone else. We will definately be back agian. Thanks alot Baskins Creek for the wodnderful hospitality.

Since I was staying at the very end of the hall I was out of range for the wireless connection. I was told that it should not be a problem and, even though I stated I could not get reception, nothing was done to help me. I would suggest that you boost the signal or add service to the end of the hallway. Since everyone is so connected to the internet that would help satisfy everyone while they are on vacation.

My daughter actually found our place to stay but I Loved staying at Baskin Creek, it's very convenient to downtown and super comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed Rm 101. Loved the furnite and we hope to get to stay again.

The Staff was Super! Thanks Jules for all your help with the reservation. The condo was extremely clean with plenty of room for the whole family. The kids loved having their own room with two beds and we (Mom and Dad) loved having our own room too! But, one of the best advantages was the short 5 minute walk to Downtown Gatlinburg, near the 'Village'. No worries about finding or paying for parking. A HUGE PLUS! We can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay. Very affordable, plenty of space and my biggest was extremely clean. Can't say enough about it. Especially in Gatlinburg where properties can be questionable at best, Baskins Creek was wonderful by any standard. My husband and I are considering returning later in the year without the kids!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Loved the condo, everything you need to make your stat comfortable. Did not move the SUV until time to leave Gatlinburg. Perfect location, and a quite surrounding. Will vist this condo in the future.
