.King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. Relax and enjoy!!!! This was our third visit here....every time is perfection. Our condo is always spotless, the location is super, and the covered parking is a wonderful plus!!! The only thing that would make our visit better would be to have a pet-friendly accommodation....our 5 pound poodle is part of our family.

Was disappointed in the lack of the "family atmosphere" we have always experienced.
1. My sister had to call me as I was preparing to go to surgery to give permission to allow her to check in with my elderly mother.
2. Had to pay for the entire stay at check-in instead of when we were ready to check-out
3. Requested to check-out a little late because 90 y/o mother wasnt feeling well to be told we would have to pay an add. 25.00/hr. I have referred many friends to you, feel like I have given you enough bus. to cover an add. hour or two. Felt like I was staying at a big corp. chain instead of the extended family I have gotten used to over the years.
The condo was as beautiful as always and the maintenance was exceptional as always but your staff did not leave us with the "warm fuzzies" we have always felt. I am sure they were just enforcing the rules of the owners but somewhere along the way you all have lost your customer service quality that you always had in the past. Your owners may want to re-think some of their rules that make your guests feel that they are just a number to add to the "bottom line" and not the "welcome home" we felt in the past. -

I have stayed in many places in Gatlinburg and I think this is the best place. You can walk to town,enjoy the view after dark of the lights just a great place to stay. I would recommend this to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay at Baskins Creek #103. The condo was everthing we expected it to be ,it was decorated very nice and in excellent condition. We loved the location, so convient to walk downtown Gatlinburg and never have to drive our car and pay parking charges. We will stay there again.

We had a nice is a couple of blocks off the main drag in Gatlinburg but that was ok! (heavy traffic otherwise). We were treated well.

We have stayed at Mountain Vista several times and have had a great unit each time. This is the only place we stay when we visit Gatlinburg. We came this trip to celebrate my daughter and son-in-law's anniversary on the 29th of Oct and my son's birthday on Oct 31st.
We rented Unit 101 and 103 and we loved both units. They were beautifull. The location is great and the staff are friendly and helpfull. -

I had to spend 2 weeks in Gatlinburg on business. Both weeks I stayed at Mountain Vista in 2 different units. They both were lovely and made me feel at home. They were clean and the laundry smelled wonderful! I would definitely recommend it to other folks.

We absolutely love staying at the Mountain Vista Luxury Condos at Baskins Creek. It is so nice and cozy. The staff is always helpful and the rooms are perfect. It is so quite and peaceful. It is great being able to walk to the main strip of Gatlinburg in just a couple of minutes. We love that we have found this home away from home and would recommend it to everyone.

The stay at your facilities was very pleasant. The facilities were in good condition and the rooms were clean and well equiped. The only negative I had was there were no keypads on the stairways. The elevators were on the slow side and having access by the stairs would have been great.

This was our 2nd year staying at Baskins Creek and we have already made reservations for next year. Have been going every Nov. for 15 years and have found this is the nicest, cleanest, friendliest, best location anywhere. WE LOVE YOU BASKINS CREEK!!!!

Our first stay at Baskins Creek was a MOST enjoyable experience. The location is in walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg (near the aquarium). The condo (103) was spacious and beautifully decorated. The two bathrooms had double sinks and lots of mirror and lighting which was great for the women! I highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay there again. This condo did not have a nice veiw from the balcony but we didn't spend lots of time on the balcony. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Good memories made there!!!

Very nice condo with a very helpful staff-they were friendly and more than willing to help! Quick walk downtown and easy to get in and out of the property at redlight #6. Only down side is there was no really good view of the mountains instead you overlook another motel or the pool which is very nice and furnished very well. Overall, this is the nicest place I have ever stayed in Gatlinburg and will definately be coming back!

We've been coming to Gatlinburg for years and have stayed in many nice places; however, Baskins Creek was absolutely one of the best stays ever.
The facilities were wonderful, the view of the Mountains was great (with the exception of the motel across the street! :) ) We look forward to coming back! :) -

Our stay was great and I would recommend the condo to anyone who likes the comfort of a home away from home. Locating the condos, if you aren't familiar with the area was a little difficult. Staff were very friendly and the place was clean and neat, just like the pictures!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would have appreciated the choice to use the stairs from the parking lot to go into the property instead of depending on the elevator (have to use a property key to access the complex elevator so the stairs were not an option for entry). Our unit was close to another property's dumpster and we heard the garbage truck picking up the trash very early one morning.
