Unit is completely handicap accessible, King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with roll in shower, washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We very much liked our stay at Baskins Creek. This was our first visit. Only problem was the door key messed up and had to call for help and had to wait for about 30 min. But some one came and got us a key that would work

I found this condo on-line and thought it looked nice but you can never really tell by the pictures. It was beautiful, lots of room, and super clean! I will be back!

Overall,great. Beautiful weather. Within walking distance to everything. Only negative comment about shuttle service at any of stops. We were always too early or late and waited only to never have one stop when we needed. One condo unit had issues with no hot water. Our unit was perfect.

My stay at Mt.Vista was the best vacation rental ever! I cannot say enough great things about it. The rooms were large, very clean,and the kitchen had every appliance anyone would need. The jaquzie tub was outstanding as well as the washer and dryer was convenient. The location was easy to find and the staff was great. We can't wait to return! It's 5stars all across the board for this picky lady!

The condo was amazing. They are absolutely gorgeous inside and out. A problem for me is the extra $250 they charge you if you want to smoke on property. Non-smokers won't have this problem, however I found it absurd. The front desk closes at 6PM and even when they're supposed to be on duty there usually isn't anyone there. Overall it was a decent experience, and I would recommend them to friends. I however will be finding somewhere else next time.

Only problem I had was when we showered I had to kept getting water up with towel and I didnt like that at all. There was only vinyl curtain loose not good.

We came down for my wedding April 14, 2012 and the condo was beautiful. This is the second time we have rented this exact room and we will continue to rent it every time we come to Gatlinburg! My only complaint is that the front desk is not open late enough.

Very unhappy with being put into a handicapped unit with out being informed or our approval. Provided only for each of us one wash cloth, one hand towel, one bath towel. No hairdryer provided and we had to request hand soap for bath and kitchen. Will not likely consider this property again.

This was our family fall vacation that we take every October since 1995. We have only been staying in these condos for about 5 years now and love it better then staying in a hotel. All the room we have to move around in is wonderful. We will be coming back every year.

The condo complex is very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg and is a good jumping off point to the National park. This is our third stay at Baskins Creek and am very pleased.

One problem we ran into with the 'accessible unit' was that the door entering the master bath from the foyer is VERY narrow (not even a standard width door!), which made it a bit inconvenient for a wheelchair to enter)..access had to be made through the master bedroom. Outside of issues...had a wonderful time!

The room is beautiful when you arrive but you notice little details like the bedspreads aren't washed, there was mold growing on the ceiling in one of the bathrooms from a leak from the unit above. The shower in the one bathroom was jammed so we couldn't turn it on and it took a while for maintenance to arrive.

Someone's dirty sheets and towels stayed in the hall for three days, and our unit is above the parking and next to the dump. We were awakened too early every morning due to work outside of our room. Not too sound proof. Would not stay in that unit again.

Our stay at MVLR was very relaxing and enjoyable. Our condo was very well maintained and very convenient. Easily within walking distance to downtown and easily accessible on the Trolly route. Leah was a pleasure to deal with and so was Vickie. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

We recently stayed at the luxury resort, my mom had to be transported in ambulance to hospital. The staff was excellent in helping me get her help and also worked with me in staying additional night while my mom was in hospital. Excellent location, nice place, would love to come back.

The only complaint is that half-way through our stay the fireplace quit working. They did try to fix it,but it was New Year's Eve, so we had to get along without it the next few days. No biggie. Otherwise the place was great.

The only night we stayed in 113 was the last night, and the only problem was the washer/dryer. It was a combo unit and took forever to wash and dry items. The rest of our stay was in 402 and it was great. We will be back again.

We were pleased with everything but the one piece laundry set up in the unit but the staff made arrangements for us to use a stackable unit in another condo. We will be coming back in October and I hope that we will be able to do something similar since we are going to be in handicapped condo 109 and I understand it also has a 1 piece laundry set up.
