King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk....Read more

For our first trip to Gatlinburg, we had no idea what to expect. From check in till departure, our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were better than our expectations. The proximity to all attractions in Gatlinburg and the strip was unbelievable. After reading about the trolley pickup by the lobby we were expecting a long walk to the strip; where as, the strip was a very short walk away. The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be for the hot tub to be open year round instead of seasonal and identify several rooms for smokers to enjoy a smoke on the balcony.

Well we did two weekends in a row for the first time and enjoyed both of them. Hope to retire down here one day if i can find the right place for the right price. I have seen a couple of units for sale at this location and will keep them in mind if the price goes down and as i get closer to retirement.

Only reserved two nights for a quick last minute getaway, and didn't get to stay both nights due to a family emergency. The condo was very clean and in a good location. a short walk to the strip. Planning another trip soon and will stay here again

This is by far the best place my husbsand and I have ever stayed in, very relaxing, close walk to the main of Gatlinburg,everything you would want in lodging when you go on vacation, good beds and the jacuzzi is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend , thank you for a wonderful stay.

The condo was better than we had hope for and at a great value. Will come back in November. I loved how you can walk to anything downtown. Plus with this condo we did not have the extra cleaning fee that you get with other cabins and condos...loved it

This was the first time we stayed in Gatlinburg. The condo (RM 204)was very spacious and furnished beautifully. The location was great. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was very nice/helpful. I would recommend Baskins Creek to all my friends.

This was our family's second stay at Baskin's Creek condos. The unit we stayed in this time was not as well maintained as the fifth floor unit we stayed in last year. For example, the tub in the master suite was dirty and I had to clean it before we used it. The staff on duty at check in was very helpful, overall the stay was enjoyable. Housekeeping standards were not as high this time, though.

We had a wonderful time. Very relaxing by the pool and a short walk to the Parkway. I loved having a kitchen and washer/dryer. My laundry was done when I got home!! We had a wonderful time.

My family wanted to take a relaxing trip to Gatlinburg during fall break so I found Baskins Creek on the internet and called. I was very pleased with the staff I spoke with. They were just wonderful. They helped me choose a certain room and called me back several times with info that I needed for specific questions I had asked them. We were VERY HAPPY with our room. It was BEAUTIFUL! Clean, great view and just a short walk to downtown. It was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
