This condo has a fresh coat of paint. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. This is a sleeper sofa condo. It will sleep 8. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Receptionist, maintenance, and building itself were excellent. Owner's supplies in the kitchen are very thin--glassware, especially. We coped and had a lovely stay.

I just vacationed at Baskins Creek Condo's from 3/1/13 to 3/3/13. My husband and I stay here a couple of times each year. We have rented different units and this is one of the nicest we have stayed in. It was painted nice colors and the furniture was very nice. Only one negative was no flat screen TV in den.

This was a wonderful trip. We arrived early at the condo and were greeted by a very friendly employee and had no problems checking in early. Unit was clean and had everything needed for our large family of 8. Property is close to everything so we didn't need our car at all. The only minor issue we had was the day we checked out they were painting the hallways so we couldn't use the cart to load the luggage which caused us to have to make a few extra trips to the car but we understand that they are just trying to keep the property well maintained. Would definitely recommend this property and can't wait to book again for next years trip!

Among the nicest places we have stayed in the "Burg" We were happy that the strip was only a walk away and the park a quick car ride- because of this, there is not a view to enjoy but I guess that is what happens when you are so close to the action. Rooms were very quiet, rarely heard neighbors and never heard people in the halls. CLEAN :)- my biggest concern with having a small child. Will definitely consider staying here in the future!

This our second stay. We really enjoy staying Mountain Vista. It has a beautiful pool and is super close to downtown we can walk in 5 minutes.
The places are extremely clean and very large! We love the kitchen so we can eat breakfast in the room each morning. It is very comfortable for my entire family!! -

I always enjoy my stay here ! This time all my kids ,their spouses , and my grand kids joined us we had 2 condos . Everyone was happy with their stay. It gives ur family the at home feel . Plus u have lots of room to relax . And everything ucould walk to downtown . Like I said I always enjoy my stay here .

The only thing is that the fire alarm went off and we all vacated the premise and we heard nothing from the place on where to go and what was going, and what we were to do which was not safe.

Had reserved a cabin but due to a storm and unable to be in our cabin for 2 days, we had to find another place to lodge. I called Mountain Vista and they took over from there. I was wishing I had known about you guys earlier. I problably would have stayed the whole week had I known what great place it was. Our family enjoyed our stay. It was very pleasant.

Stains on carpet needs addressed. Would recommend replacing carpet with engineered hardwood floors in living area. Overall it was a very nice place.

We have stayed at these condos twice and have found them to be clean, conveniently located and tastefully decorated. The only downside that we found (and this was not a big deal) is that you do not have a beautiful view - you look at surrounding properties (some unattractive) or the pool.

My daughter, a friend of hers, and myself traveled to Gatlinburg for my daughter's 15th birthday. We'd never been at this time of the year and my daughter hadn't been since she was about 5 years old. I searched long and hard comparing locations to stay. I stumbled across your condos thru the VRBO website but couldn't find a vacancy thru there for the dates we wanted to come. I ended up renting straight thru your website and we were thrilled with our condo!!
I felt a little indulgent having such large accommodations for just the 3 of us but the prices weren't but a little higher for our 2 BR 2 BA condo than the motel rooms I checked. We LOVED the condo and all of the facilities!!! The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful..when we wanted to stay an additional night they found us another condo on the same floor that was equally nice (211).
I will tell all of my friends to stay here!!! The resort was beautiful. We all slept great on the wonderful bedding. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied with our stay.

The location just up from "the strip" on Cherokee Orchard is perfect. The location is very close to town, yet just far enough away to give a quiet, peaceful "Smoky Mountain Evening". The staff was exceptional to provide assistance as needed. The facilities were incredibly beautiful and very well maintained. The entire stay was one to remember. My family and I have visited the Smoky Mountains at least 30 times, by far the accomodations at Baskins Creek Condominiums are the best in Gatlinburg.

We stayed in 2 different condos - room 205 and 212. What a difference! Room 205 was nice, but could use new painting in the second bath, but 212 is beautiful...very rustic and cabin-feel. It was wonderful.

IF YOU ACCEPTED SMALL PETS, MY WIFE AND BABIES COULD HAVE COME. IN THAT CASE, I WOULD NOT HAVE MINDED SPENDING THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR A FAMILY WEEKEND. BUT FOR ME TO STAY ALL ALONE FOR A ONE DAY SEMINAR IS RIDICULOUS. I LEFT AROUND 11:30PM SATURDAY AND DROVE HOME JUST SO I WOULD NOT BE STUCK IN THE TOURIST TRAFFIC SUNDAY MORNING. I WILL NEVER ATTEND ANOTHER SEMINAR THERE. AND THE 14 DAY CANCELLATION IS ABSURD WHEN YOU ARE ATTENDING A SEMINAR THAT HAS TO BE CANCELED ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE SEMINAR ON SATURDAY. NEVER AGAIN!

We learned of the Mountain Vista Luxury Rentals from our Church. Preaching Christ Church does a marriage retreat there in the Spring and we attended last April. We enjoyed the facility so much, that we wanted to visit more often! We were extremely pleased with our stay! Thank you for providing such a warm place in the Smokys...we will keep returning!

Great stay! Staff was friendly and helpful! Have stayed at many condos/hotels in G-burg and this was the largest and most luxurious. Location not right on the street but a quick walk from The Village. We would definitely stay there again!

Condo was great. We wanted to be away from the crowd, but close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants. This was the perfect location..a very short walk, but still very quiet. My only complaint...the view of the green pool of the hotel adjacent to us. We really enjoyed our stay, and that was only a minor thing, beyond your control, I'm sure. Thanks!

Our stay at Baskins Creek was most enjoyable. Even though there was a minor inconvenience of someone leaving food on the stove and the fire department having to be called. But everything was handled professionally and with the guests safety in mind. Being close to everything and in walking distance to attractions, shops, and restaurants was great! My entire family had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again.

We spent our anniversary/new years celebration in a 2 bedroom condo with 4 other family members. We loved the newness of the condos in Old Gatlinburg. This was our 10th trip to Gatlinburg and we definitely found our new favorite place to stay. We loved the space and the interior of the condo. We will definitely be back!

This was the best stay that we ever had in Gatlinburg.We have visted Gatlinburg for the past 6 to 8 years and have stayed at other locations but this place was the best place that we have ever stayed. The property's location was great for walking to the downtown shops and resturant's.The room had very nice furniture and it was very clean. I work for Ford motor company in Louisville and I have told all of my friends about Baskin Creek. My family will be sure to stay at this location from now on.

Our family of four with 2 small children found plenty of space in the condo. My son enjoyed the xbox rentals. Choose poolside view and not parkway view due to adjacent run down motels near condos. Friendly staff and very clean accomodations.

I've spent almost 40 years going to Gatlinburg every Autumn. Baskins Creek property was perfect for our annual trip. It is close to The Village, Mountain Mall and the aquarium. We look forward to returning again this year.

Walking distance to downtown...only thing I would change is to add an indoor pool but I don't think that is possible because of location.
