Unit is completely handicap accessible, King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with roll in shower, washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. The only complaints I have is that the carpet was stained very bad which gave the impression it wasn't clean. Also, the smokers gather just outside the elevator on the ground floor and we had to smell the stinking smoke everytime we got on the elevator.

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. I liked the location. My pre-arrival was perfect. I would have preferred the vending machines be inside since it was very cold and you needed a key to re-enter. I also got two Mountain Dews out of the vending machine that expired in May 2012. So your vending machine company is either not changing your product or they are putting expired product in your machines. I brought the expired sodas to the desk the next morning. The first girl just said sorry. As I was getting on the elevator, another girl offered to give me my money back. This is a great property, and with a little customer service training it will be the best place on the strip!!! Still a great property, and I will definitely return!!!

It is always a joy to stay at Mountain Vista. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only downside to them is the lack of hairdryers in the units and the air conditioner. My mother has sleep apnea and needs it to be really cold. Even if we turn down the AC it doesn't stay cold. But overall, very nice place to stay in Gatlinburg!

We loved the location of the condo. It was within easy walking distance of the aquarium, even with small children (2 and 4). My son didn't want to leave! The walk in shower in the master bath was perfect for handicapped accessibility.

We've stayed here 4 times now. Accomodations are superb, staff is friendly and helpful. Can walk to town or take the trolley from the front door if you don't want to drive. Highly recommend.

We usually visit Gatlinburg a couple of times each year. We have stayed in several hotels and cabins. We love Mountain Vista. It is truly in walking distance to downtown. It is very clean and quiet. This is the third time for us to stay here. The staff has always been very polite and helpful. This is by far our favorite Gatlinburg place to stay.

This condo is just wonderful for families. It's off the beaten path, yet close enough to walk to everything. If I had to complain, I would say that they could take their cleaning "to the next level." And, I would like to be provided with more towels and wash cloths. Overall, we love it and will be staying here for years to come.

We stayed in the two bedroom condo. The location is very convenient and an easy to walk to the main strip. The condo was clean and had almost everything we needed (no cutting board). The living area and kitchen were nice and perfect for three adults. More than that and it may have been a little tight. The bedrooms and bathrooms were good size and very comfortable. We would definitely stay in the condos again. also, nice that the front desk has new release movies for rent when the weather turned a little rainy.

Rented this because I am a wheelchair user and this is set up very well for that situation. The toilet is raised, and the roll in shower very usable. You will have to bring your own shower chair. Well laid out floor plan. Everything in perfect shape.

This was my first condo experience in the mountains. I would highly suggest staying at Mountain Vista's Condo's off of Baskin's Creek Rd. It's convenient to the strip, very clean, friendly workers, and I thought it to be safe for my vehicle and family. Only gripe would be that you should ask for a room facing the north. The south side is less attractive from the balcony, but that's not their fault. The hotel across the street needs a lot of upgrades. Overall, an A+!

I meant to say something to management before we left, but I didn't. There was a fair amount of pool hopping going on that I believe management is not aware of. It was something that me and my family observed on a daily basis during our weekly stay. Perhaps they should require key entry into the pool area, to prevent this from continuing. Thank you

I would absolutely recommend this Condo!!!! It was VERY clean, in the condo and outside of the condo. The furniture/decor was gorgeous and the condo had everything you need (for cooking or just relaxing and watching a movie). You could also rent movies, games, wii and so on. The pool was very clean and big. Great deck furniture!!! They also have a small convenient store located on the property.
The walk to the Village wasn't too bad. Maybe a 1/4 mile from elevator to shops!! But, very doable!!
This will be where we stay from here on out and I've been coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 years. -

I absolutely loved our condo. Me and my husband went to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon and loved our condo to death. The property manager/desk clerk was as friendly as possible. She even told us where we could find a bear and WE DID. We will definitely stay at Baskins Creek everytime we go to Gatlinburg. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone. It doesn't matter if its just a couple or if it is a whole family...this is a great place. We were able to walk to everything in Downtown from the condo and didn't have to worry about parking somewhere. Baskins Creek made our first vacation as husband and wife wonderful.

Management was very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had was that sheets on beds in guest bedroom were dirty...they had not been changed. Manager on duty Thursday night made no excuses; she apologised and promptly took care of the matter. I forgot her name, but this manager needs to be recognized for her people skills as far as customer relations. She was VERY courteous. Also, no skillet in condo. We had to buy our own. Other than that, no major snags. This was our second time staying here, and we'll stay again!
