King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. This was a perfect place for our family of 4. It was within walking distance of everything in Gatlinburg.
The condo was very tastefully decorated with a feeling of home to it. Overall it was very clean. The baseboard could use some painting especially in the guest bathroom. Looked as though maybe there was a water leak at some time in that room along the base by the shower. Other than that, it was beautiful. I was so thankful to find this beautiful condo. -

We have stayed at Baskins Creek Condo's multiple time over the past 2-3 years. Once we found Baskins Creek we have not looked anywhere else to stay. The condo's are very clean and upkeep for the entire facility is excellent. We know with each stay what to expect. This is our destination for a quick weekend stay to escape the reality of city life.

Nice condo ovearall. Our condo overlooked the pool and street, wish it had been a better view. Close to downtown, easy walk even for wife who has had several back surgeries.

My boys and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Close enough to downtown but far enough there wasn't any noise! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay while in Gatlinburg! We hope to be able to come back again and will definantly stay here! Thanks

We have always enjoyed our stay, convenient, everyones very nice, clean. This is our 4th yr. The only thing, the prices had gone up, being retired makes it hard. If you could give a discount to senior citizen would mean alot for us to come back.

Our family has been staying here ever since you opened. We used to stay down the road at Zoders Inn before finding your location. I can remember walking by while constuction was going on and also stopped by and looked in when a few rooms were done for a tour. Great place to stay and so easy to walk downtown. Only thing that I miss is my wife that passed away Sept. 23,2010 from a 8 yr battle with cancer. She loved coming down in the fall with our kids and sometimes her mom and her brother. This past weekend was my son and his friend and this coming weekend I'll be bringing my daughter and her boyfriend and will be staying in room 204. Really like the atmosphere of your place. Even though its hard to be there without my wife I will probaly keep coming down to stay at this location for years to come. Really enjoyed our stay and I'm sure this coming weekend will be as good, Mark Newton

This was our second stay at Mountain Vista, and just as wonderful as the first. Staying here is a vacation in itself. The staff is welcoming, and eager to assist. I cannot imagine any more enjoyable, cleaner, and comfortable accomodations anywhere than you will find at Mountain Vista. On both visits, we have not wanted to leave. They have my highest recommendations!

More for your money than the highest priced hotels in Gatlinburg, lots more at the same price basically. Full size kitchen, living area, 2 bedrooms with beds and pillows that blow away the competition.Why pay for a SINGLE room when you can get more for the same price, and just a short walk to the main strip.

My overall experience was such a good one. I have never stayed in your facilities before but you made my first day a joyable one. The property management and the receptionist were very friendly. If i had any issues they were there to ensure my need was meet.

This condo is in a perfect location. We walked to Gatlinburg and enjoyed shopping and riding the tram to Ober Gatlinburg. If you are a road biker, the condo is at a prime location to hope on your bike and ride to the Parkway and then return. The condo itself is nicely equiped - especially the mattresses. We slept as good on vacation as we do at home. The MVLR staff is always friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay at MVLR and it definitely will not be our last.

The beds were dirty, the floors and bathrooms, several items were no working properly. I was very dissappointed because in the past the condos were always so clean and well kept.

The condo unit we rented in Aug 2010 was WONDERFUL. Great condition, everything provided and very convenient location. We had a mini reunion and the condo unit was the meeting place where we were able to gather in a very comfortable, homelike setting. Several of our group stayed in local hotels and were all convienced that the Baskins Creek condo unit was the way to go in the future.

I chose one of the more economical units (212) and was both very pleased and very impressed. We were only able to stay for 1 night, and I must have sorted through 20 nice hotels that wouldn't rent for less than 3. When I found this place it cost
1/2 of those hotel with 4 times more space! The lobby is
mountain charming with great attention to detail, the staff
are very accommodating and helpful, and the unit was decorated like a professional, clean as a whistle. Mountain
Vista earns the luxury in it's name. -

I have stayed at the condo twice before this last visit and it's always been wonderful. But it would have been nice to have laundry detergent since you only have exactly 6 towels and with 6 women staying in the unit we had to wash them for the next day and had no detergent. So I had to find a grocery store to purchase some. Slightly inconvenient.

Booked the condo at the last minute and I'm thrilled that we did!!...the location was within walking distance to the main parkway. I CANNOT say enough about how 'new' this condo was spotless clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. This will def. be at the top of my list of places to stay when i'm town; as a matter of fact, my friend and I talked about coming back, so that we could actually spend more time just hanging out and relaxing here. Again, everything was wonderful about this place, from check in to check out.

Should have more than one washcloth per person if they are staying longer than one night. Also, a dishcloth would be helpful in the kitchen, not just dish towels. Also, extra bars of soap would be nice, so you don't have to keep transferring from sink to shower.
