King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. This is a great place to stay in Gatlinburg. We were then during the week and it was extremely quiet and a quick 5 minute walk to town. The Condo was excellent and had everything we needed.

We had a great weekend stay at Baskins Creek 213. We found the condo to meet and excide or expectations. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk all of the downtown area. We will definitely stay at Baskins Creek the next time we are in Gatlinburg.

We would definitely stay here again. The condo is very clean, comfortable and spacious. The location is good - convenient to walk to town and a short drive to the trail heads in Smokey Mountain National Park, grocery store, and more restaurants that are less crowded than downtown. This is a great place to stay!

We go to Gatlinburg at least once a year, and have done this for over 20 years. This is our second stay at Mountain Vista and we love the place. It is very clean and everything is within walking distance in downtown Gburg. We will be back for sure!!

Location was perfect for my Mama and me; very convenient to everything on our list (Pancake Pantry and Aquarium are must-dos!). It was also a quick drive to the Arts & Crafts community on Glades Road. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. Was nice to be able to pick up a movie from the lobby to watch while relaxing in front of the gas fireplace. Power did go out for a few hours one night, so it is a good idea to have a flashlight on hand.

We have stayed in the building before and enjoy the great location near the village. This unit is nice and has all the amenities you would expect in a 2 bd condo. The only issue we had was with the toilet in the guest bath. There was almost an overflow and there was evidence that it may have happened before. Otherwise the condo was great. Nicely decorated and clean.

This was the second Thanksgiving we spent with Baskin Creek. Had such a good time last year, we brought more family this year. Had to rent two more condos. Love the location, right in the thick of things, but still quiet. Hope to return next Thanksgiving!

Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean. I felt very secure inside the building, loved the covered parking, but at night, the area surrounding got a bit wild and scary. I suppose being encirlced by a lot of tiny hotels has its downsides. City cleanup crews kept me awake all night with noisy sweeper trucks, etc. The condo building and staff were great, there a just a few "external" factors one may want to consider when renting anything this close to town.

We had a great time in Gatlinburg inspite of the rainy weather. The condo was very nice and to be truthful, more than we expected. It was an easy walk to the strip and an equally easy ride on the trolley back at the end of the day. Would have like to enjoy the fire place but it is not activated until October. We will have to plan a return so we can enjoy the fireplace!.

This is our 3rd stay MVLR over the past 6 years. I’ve been going to Gatlinburg for 30+ years and it's now the only place we stay while there. The location is excellent, but we stay because the condo rooms are beautiful, well kept, and are the perfect size for our 5 person family. I have recommended MVLR to many family and friends over the past 6 years who have enjoyed the same experience we have. I would highly recommend it to anyone going to the area. Check them out!!!
Only one watch out. Front desk is not 24/7 so make sure you are clear with your arrival time and they will be glad to take care of you. -

Our condo was very clean and comfortable. The beds slept very well, and we are very picky about where we stay. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our only disappointment was the limited number of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. If you are staying somewhere without maid service, you need ample supply to make the stay comfortable. We had to go out and purchase additional paper towels and dish rag to be able to clean the stove top and counters. Other than that, we would highly recommend staying in room 213 at Mountain Vista Luxury Rentals.

Our family of four was very well pleased with everything...from booking the unit to checkout. The unit was very nice and clean and had everything our family needed. The only small drawback I can note is that the side our unit was on was facing a few residential homes which seemed awkward when we were sitting on the balcony. But even with that being said, we would stay in that unit again. The pool was nice also and we enjoyed the private covered parking. A's far as the future goes, our family will return to Mountain Vista Luxery Resort.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to strip and restaurants. Would stay there again. Only negative things were that the pool closed promptly at 10 p.m., and that my toddler grandson mashed his fingers in the master shower bad enough to have to go to emergency room. Still great place to stay.

Everything was better than expected. Plenty of room for even for a family of 5. You can even walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The only thing the kids complained about was the pool wasn't open yet but we had plenty of things to do while we were there. Loved it and hope to stay there again.

Beautiful property. Furnishings were very nice. Lobby was beautifully decorated. Only complaint, walls were extremely thin. Garbage pick up woke us up before day light on Saturday morning. Sounded as if we were standing right beside truck. Could also hear the residents in the other rooms. Other than that we really enjoyed your facilities!!

We had never stayed at Baskins Creek before. I found it on the internet and being able to see pictures of the actual rooms really helped me to decide to stay. The property and the unit were both very clean and the unit had great furnishings. It was just a short walk from the parkway but was very quiet. The manager was very helpful at check-in. We definitely would recommend Baskins Creek to anyone and plan to stay there again on future trips to Gatlinburg.

This was our 1st time staying at Mt Vista Condo's and will be our last !! We had a dishwasher in our condo that did not work we discovered this after trying to run the dishwaser the evnening of the 10th after cleaning up after dinner. I told the front desk Saturday the 11th in the morning before leaving for the day to discover The great Smokey MTN Trails.After telling the staff at the front desk she informed that the Maintenance guy was very busy and may not be able to get to us until later. I said fine we will be gone most of the day. This happened a couple times, and the maintenence man ended up going to the wrong condo.
The Manager called me back and yelled at me and told me it was my fault the maintenence guy went to the wrong place. -

We had a great stay except for some things possibly beyond the control of the property manager, but would be worth talking to the City of Gatlinburg about.
Dumpster pickup was about 3-4AM and room 213 was very close. Friday morning and Sunday, of all days, wham bam crunch, and local workers from around the area brought stuff to dump from 6 AM on. Also on Sunday the generator came on, whether testing or necessary unknown, but it was hard to hear one's self think.
Otherwise the trip and stay went very well.
Not enough linen, but we didn't ask for more so can't blame them. -

We very much enjoyed our stay at Baskin Creek. It was our first visit to Gatlinbury. The BC is located in the perfect spot. It is within walking distance to everything. The BC was vey clean and it has everthing you need for your stay down to utensils. I've given all my friends brochures to the BC. I do plan to return very soon. Anyone who has the chance to go to Gatlinburg would be pleased. It's funny, I just type all of this before reading the questions and I've covered just about evryone. Try it you will love it

This vacation was a gift from family friends who stay in Gatlinburg a least twice a year. They wanted us to stay in what they called "the best spot in the city". They wanted a place near all the action of Gatlinburg that was clean, safe, and affordable. Wow! They were right and we will ever be in their debt. Finally, a place in Gatlinburg to take your family that is beautiful, clean, safe, and close to everything. No need to drive to town, your there. Thanks Branam's, and thanks Baskins Creek!!!
