King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with seasonal fireplace, private balcony, sleeper sofa. kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Master Bedroom has a Fireplace, Flat Screen TV, DVD player. Great place! My husband and I went with another couple and the condo set up was perfect for us. It was a few minutes from the Parkway. When we arrived, we parked the car and never got back in until it was time to pack up the car again. We loved this location and would stay there again! Very quiet yet very convenient.

Mostly a very good experience. The water heater went on the blink but was remedied promptly. The swimming pool would have been nice if open (most all others were open) but that too was not a show stopper. I appreciate the maintence technician's attitudeon a late night call.

Simply perfect! Our condo (310) was immaculate, beautifully decorated, plenty of towels, cozy yet spacious, and convenient and easy walking to everything! We will absolutely stay there again on our next Gatlinburg trip!!

We stayed at Mountain Vista Luxury Rentals three nights for a conference during the first week of December and we loved this place! The location was accessible to downtown Gatlinburg and the ammenities were great. I will definitely stay here again.

My wife and I have been coming to Gatlinburg for almost 30 years and have stayed in many hotels and cabins scattered about town. If your choice is condos then these are fantastic. The interior decor and cleanliness was fabulous. It is only about a 4 to 5 minute walk to the strip and the balconies are great. Price is a consideration , they are not on the cheap side but all in all worth the money spent. Would definately recommend to anyone looking for quality accomodations.

This condo #310 is a wonderful place to stay. It's within walking to distance to the main road and many restaurants. It is also very clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg and Baskins Creek 310 was a great choice. Very clean and a quiet area to stay. It was very reasonably priced. We compared hotels to Baskins Creek and hotels were higher in price and had less accomodations. It was what we expected and it was nice to have only a 5 minute walk to downtown, especially as congested as traffic is. Recommend a stay to anyone.

Since I travel for business frequently - I had high expectations for our accomodations...this condo was just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, good floor plan, location was a few blocks walk to the main strip - yet condo is in a quiet area.
The Staff was helpful prior to, and during our stay....a special thank you to Jules, who does her job very well!
For those of you making plans: bring coffee & filters(round), some laundry detergent-if additional towels are needed! This condo had a washer/dryer, and hair dryers (from reviews it looks like some may not). -

We have stayed at Mt Vista since it opened! It is in a great location. The front desk staff are very helpful and know alot about the area. Did not offer the deals this year :( Also at night there is a Honduron Market across the street and they carried on all hours of the night and had to call the police. This went on for several nights...very disruptive. Hope they will go back to offering some discounts.

This was our 2nd time staying at Mountain Vista Rentals and we love it! Having the two bedrooms, kitchen and living room makes hotel stays seem less than desirable. It's especially nice to have the extra room when you have 2 teenage boys. The price cannot be beat for value and location. We are looking forward to our next visit this summer when we can utilize the great pool.

We have stayed here many times since Baskins Creek opened. We truly love the condos and love the decor. Jewel was a great help with the check in process and quickly got us a room reserved. The room was very clean and the comfortable. We will be back soon. Only complaint was a burnt out light bulb in the master bathroom. It was dark in the shower without that light. Otherwise perfect stay!

After a long drive to Gatlinburg TN from Miami, FL we were pleased to arrive at Baskins Creek and find a warm and beautiful Condo. We immediately felt right at home. Downtown was at walking distance which made our stay more enjoyable. My youngest daughter looked up at me and said "being in Tennessee is like a dream come true" I highly recommend Baskins Creek to everyone who is looking for a home away from home.

We rented this condo for six adults and one baby and though we wanted the tree bedroom this worked out very well. The condo was clean and updated and nicely decorated. I love the pool area and the location of this condo. It is off the beaten path just a smidge and close enough to walk to town. I loved having my family together! The office staff was helpful and friendly.

The Mountain Vista is by far one of the nicest places we've stayed in Gatlinburg.
We've been coming to Gatlinburg for years and have stayed in a lot of different places, but The Mountain Vista had it all. Great location, beautiful rooms, helpful staff on site. I'd highly recommend it. I know we plan to go back. -

I have stayed here everytime I'm in the area since you opened. I have always found everything to be perfect until this visit. When I took the sheets off to leave to be washed, the mattress cover was stained (very noticably) so I took it off to be washed also. When I did the side (on the side I slept) was covered in a large pool of either blood or poop or both. Little to say, I was disgusted. I reported it downstairs and my response was it would be noted.

After staying at Baskins Creek, we see no need to look elsewhere for reservations from this point on in our visits to the mountains. Being downtown is so convenient, all while providing a secluded environment. The rooms are clean and brilliantly decorated with all the "little details" that make it feel like home. The only thing that did not meet our expectations was the sulfur odor coming from the water heater closet. The management representative said they knew about it but did not know what caused it and just offered me deodorizing spray. There is not a spray I have ever seen that would mask that horrible smell! A plumber needs to be consulted to replace the anode in the unit.

The reason for the four stars on general condition is that it seems the soap dispensers are always about empty each time we stay. This is the third time we have stayed at your property and it has been the same case each time. Other than that it is an excellent place to stay.
