This condo has just been repainted. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. TV's could be updated to flat screens
Stayed last fall, prefer odd number rooms as i believe there is a better view on that side of the building

The Baskins Creek Condos were the nicest condos that we have ever stayed in. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed and more. Condos are close enough to walk to the parkway and have all of the convenieces of home. Very beautiful place.

This is my second year staying at Mountain Vista Room 512. I have stayed in many condos over the years and this one is on the top of my list! Beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, extremely clean and a short walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip. I highly recommend this condo!

Very convenient location to downtown Gatlinburg - within walking distance and Baskins Creek has a shuttle stop, too. Short car ride to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville and National Park.
Very nice apartment facing the pool on the top level of the building. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Gatlinburg. -

We enjoyed the condo very much and would stay there again. The ice maker was not working and we didn't know the front desk closed at 6pm but had a very nice stay. The condo was supplied very well with all we needed to enjoy our trip. The price was good for this condo.

This was the best stay we have had in a long time. The rooms where great best part was there was two beds in one room which is great if you have teenagers that won't share a bed. Pool was always clean and the temperature was perfect to swim around even at night.

Stayed in units 511 & 512. We had requested condos across from each other but 512 was down the hall. A little disappointing but at least the same floor. 511 had a giant stain in the middle of the carpet, the wheels on the footstool kept falling off and the door where the AC was would rattle EVERYTIME the AC shut off! Very annoying at night. Finally shoved a cloth under the door & it was fine. There were NO DOORS in the master baths so if someone walked in your bedroom they could see everything except the shower! It could be rather embarrassing. NO PRIVACY for bathing in the tub, dressing or going to the bathroom! The doors to the one master bedroom & bath and the smaller bedroom did not lock.This unit not nearly as nice as the previous stays we've had. But the carpets out in the halls were clean and fresh and the maintenance worker was awesome. We had a nest of hornets in the light on our patio and he came right up and sprayed them. He was very friendly and ALWAYS working. We saw him about every day. We Love staying at Baskins Creek but not in 511. It is a beautiful place, awesome pool and just a short walk to the strip. GREAT place to stay.

The rental was great for our whole family. Just a short walk to downtown and the whole family came and went as we pleased. Very clean and up to date on furnishings. We will definitely rent again on our next visit to Gatlinburg!

This is an absolutely beautiful condo! It is very tastefully decorated, immaculately clean, very, very spacious. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus. The ladies at the front desk were very cordial and even called me to be sure that if I wasn't checking in before they left at 8 pm to let them know so they could tell me where they were leaving the key.
This is the best condo I've stayed in anywhere! I would definitely stay here again! -

The facility is top notch, very clean, beautifully decorated......however some of the other buildings in the surrounding area are a bit dated and run down. Not a great view. Very easy walk to the parkway and town area - the street comes out near the aquarium. Very friendly and helpful staff. Overall a fantastic value. I would definitely stay there again.

The condo is gorgeous - we were very happy with it. I was a little surprised that we were supposed to strip the beds and also surprised at the limits for towels/soap/tp I realize this isn't a hotel but I also know that it's pricier than a hotel too. Wish the pool had been open. Overall was very happy though, actually recommended a coworker. She is going with her family in July and they will stay here.

We have stayed multiple times and obviously are overall happy, but I am assuming you would like to hear of problems as well as praise. Across the street, where it appears illegal aliens party, is another sore spot. SEEMS A QUIET TIME COULD BE ESTABLISHED AND THE POLICE START TO MAKE ARRESTS INSTEAD OF JUST ASKING THEM TO BE QUIET. WE HAVE BEEN WOKE UP AT 2 AND 3 from hollering, burning tires etc. AND HAD TO CALL THE POLICE. Also I would like our town name to reflect the correct spelling. HIXSON. Thank you. Little doubt we will be back but seems these little things can be corrected. Also left sink drain stopper has not been repaired in many many months. I reported it the first stay. Also the master bath toilet will not flush properly twice in a row. Overall things are good with the compound and we appreciated the price reduction last stay tremendously. We are not at all wealthy.

Also the paint, mainly the trim, baseboards and doors, is getting extremely dirty and stained. A real black eye for such an otherwise very nice unit. We have been requesting this unit and would be doing so in the future with some minor and relative inexpensive upkeep and repair.

We stay at Baskins Creek every year....great place for everyone to have what they want on a vacation. We rent 2 condo, all family, guy’s trailer motorcycle there, and the lady enjoy shopping and visiting the sights us Tennessee. We have breakfast together, the guys spend the day motor cycling the wonderful locations around, the ladies spend the day shopping and visiting the Aquarium. We all meet for dinner, great place for everyone to have what they want in a vacation.

We were highly impressed with all aspects of the accomodations. We will definitely stay at Baskins Creek Condos in the future. We have been coming to Gburg for about 15 years and the last 10 or so we have been staying at 1 location not to far from here. But it was turned over to a rental agency and the rates went way up. We looked at this place last year and it is 10 times nicer and was cheaper. We will be back

Because Gatlinburg is such a center of endless hubbub and unfocused energy, as people walk around in sizable groups, it is nice to have a way to get away from it. The condo we stayed in was very restful and quiet---the perfect antidote for the chaos in the central business district.
