We traveled from south Florida to get away for a few days. Rainbow Falls was a perfect set up with the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms with seperate baths it is perfect for family with tween (us) or 2 couples or friends. We got the breakfast package and it was perfect - so nice to be able to wake up to a stunning view and fresh coffee!! The cabin was clean, comforatable and wonderful! Peggy was as helpful as anyone I have ever worked with!
We cant wait to return!!

The cabin was a perfect fit for my family, spouse and 2 children. Most items were in working order including the 2 hot tubs, one inside and one outside. Beautiful views of the mountains on the cabin deck. Property is about 11 miles outside of Gatlinburg.

My family and friends have stayed in this cabin 4 times now, we keep going back because it is a mountain getaway for us. You will experience privacy from everyone else around you, the view of the snow or smoke top mountains is priceless from the deck.My parents, my children and friends have all enjoyed late night games and card games next to the cozy fireplace. We plan on staying at Rainbows every year either in the spring or fall,It is a place where you are 10 miles from Gatlinburg yet minutes from the the beautiful mountains.

We visited Smoky mountains during Labor day weekend, and stayed at Rainbow Falls cabin. Its a great place to stay - very cozy, clean and has nice views of the mountains and greenery.
Peggy - thanks so much for making sure our stay was comfortable!! We really appreciate your timely response to all our queries.
We loved the jacuzzi/hot tub! Very well maintained. The rooms had clean sheets, covers and pillows, there were sufficient towels in the bathroom, each room had a TV and DVD player. The wi-fi internet worked fine, there's a fireplace, the cabin has all required appliances - washer, dryer, fully furnished kitchen with all required appliances and barbecue grill.
Few of the kitchen appliances need to be updated (stove - we had to nudge the coil now and then, microwave is too small), but they still work fine.
The interior decoration is so pretty - everything has a bear and deer theme! They have paid attention to the smallest of the small details!!
The place was easy to locate, unlike some of the places we saw on the way, it was not very hard to drive to. It is about half hour from Gatlinburg, and about an hour from Cades Cove.
Make sure you shop all the groceries because the nearest walmart is about 25 miles away!! There are a few deli's and markets about 3-8 miles away from the chalet, but we didn't explore them.
Highly recommended cabin! We would love to come back for another stay in this chalet. -

Another wonderful time at the Rainbow!!! We relaxed on the deck. Enjoyed great spiritual reflection. Rejuveinated in the pool! Perfect!
