I think this was the nicest place for the price, that we ever rented. What a great home. If ya like to ski, its right there. To go into Gatlinburg, is just a few minutes away. Had a blast and will return.

We were pleasantly surprised with Tippy Top. The pictures did not give it the justice it deserves. Very spacious and great location. Twin Cedars provides great and prompt service and very easy rental process.

we were pleasantly surprised when finally got to tippy top. it was the best place we stayed on our 2011 vacation thru the smokies to the obx. one review i read said it was better than advertised and i totally agree! the rooms were huge, clean, and very nice. the pool table downstairs was a hit as well as the hot tub on the deck which overlooked the town of gatlinburg. the only negative i can come up with is the road up the mountain to this place. we definately needed good directions and still almost gave up too soon, but the drive was worth it once we saw how beautiful the view was and how private the location--still only a few miles from town. we would definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique place and a good value. .we will be back to tippy top!

When you shop vacation online you wonder what your going to get,we were pleasantly surprised!! This was a beautifully decorated,clean, well taken care of cabin that looked even better then the online pictures portrayed. We did not realize that there was a spiral staircase to the bedrooms and hot tub bottom floor which gave us adults more privacy but was a bit of a challenge to our toddler grandchild.
The management was extremely friendly in helping us enjoy our first time adventures although we should have watched all the TV tourist info channels on the the first not last day of our stay. I have to say we enjoyed panoramic scenic views from Tippy Top and peaceful private location every bit as much as the Gatlinburg experience itself. -
