We truly enjoyed our stay, bringing 3 families together from three different states was such a treat. Our toddlers and preschoolers experienced their first snowfall and loved playing in the front "yard" and sliding down the street. The rooms were a perfect size. While the kitchen was a little cramped it served us well in that we ate all of our meals at the cabin. The home was lovely, clean and spacious. The adults enjoyed the hot tub after the kids went to sleep. We enjoyed spectacular views from the balcony (flurries and all!).

Smoky Ridge View was a beautiful cabin in a great little community in the arts and Crafts section of Gatlinburg. we rented this cabin to watch the leaves change, relax a little, and enjoy the mountains in the fall. This cabin had everything you could ever want. Jackson Mountain Homes is the premier property management company in Gatlinburg. They keep the cabins beautifully clean and thoughtfully supplied. This is a great cabin in a great location.

This house is beautiful inside and there is a great view! However, we were very disappointed about the pool. We specifically picked this cabin because of the pool on site. When we got to the pool is was very dirty and we didn't even feel comfortable letting the kids in the pool. We called the rental company to make them aware of this and they said they would let someone know and fix it. The pool wasn't fixed for the remainer of our stay (which was a huge disappointment). We had to take our kids to a local indoor community center pool instead of the pool that was promised on the website. Aside from the pool, the place was clean and a great place for a family vacation Read more

Lovely cabin in Settler's Ridge area. Access to this cabin is off the middle, back of the artists Loop road (Glades). Takes a little while to get into town, but the area was very peaceful while we were there even though you do have neighboring cabins. The cabin has bedrooms on all three levels and nicely appointed bathrooms off each bedroom. Our family of five (three teenage kids) had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the view, hot tub, and game room (with pool table and multi-game dual player arcade machine). One young bear spotted during our stay.

Our family of four enjoyed a wonderful week in the Smoky Mountains. The Smoky Ridge View cabin was a perfect home base for our daily adventures in the surrounding area. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed (except food). We especially enjoyed spending our evenings in the game room playing pool or relaxing in the hot tub while looking out at the beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains. There is about a 15 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg, but it was worth the extra drive time to have the peaceful surroundings. There was a small plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms when we first arrived, but a call to maintenance had it fixed right away. We would definitely recommend renting this cabin.
Great spot on the mountain!

Great cabin! We were not disappointed with Smoky Ridge View. The cabin was clean, roomy and updated. It was our first trip to Gatlinburg with my parents who are very particular. They were unable to voice a single complaint about the cabin. It was rainy and gloomy almost the whole time we were there, but we still had a great time and the kids loved it. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin and was very pleased with the service at check. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 8. Having a TV in 5 different areas was a big plus for the children as well as adults. Overall everything was great and we will be returning as we hope to make this an annual event. Our grandchildren (Max and Jaxon) were dissappointed because they did not see a bear.

Our far-flung family gathered at Smokey Ridge View for the Labor Day weekend. We really enjoyed the lovely and very comfortable accommodations. We found the arts and Crafts area of Gatlinburg very relaxing and attuned with nature. The mountain views from the windows and decks are beautiful! Our neighbors even had a banjo and guitar concert while we were there. Our first visit to Gatlinburg was wonderful, and we look forward to the next one!

Smoky Ridge View is a beautiful cabin sitting in the arts and Crafts Community. The cabin had every amenity available awaiting us. The cabin was close enough to Gatlinburg that if we decided to go into town we could get to it easily. However, it was far enough away from Gatlinburg to have beautiful views of mountains. One morning while sitting on the patio we even saw a black bear cub walking by the cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin; we had an absolutely great time.

We had an incredible time at the Smoky Ridge View! It was a very beautiful, well decorated, well equipt & immaculate cabin. Everything in this cabin was top notch right down to the dishes & cookware. Any small issues that we had, they had a maintenance man out right away taking care of (a that is to be expected with any home). We had my children & my nieces & nephews & there was plenty to do at the cabin for all. We were able to see wildlife right from our back balcony. We had a bear visitor, a snake & what I think we determined, was a groundhog right below our balcony during our stay. It was great for the kids to be able to experience seeing these incredible animals in their own habitat (from a safe distance), & of course, we did not feed the bear. Although, we did happen to be cooking on the grill when he came to visit, so that may have sparked his senses. It was an incredible visit & I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone.

The cabin is beautiful! Great location with beautiful furnishings and a well stocked kitchen, which is important to us. We have always brought some knives and pans, because we are frustrated with cheap cookware. We didn't even unpack our stuff! The children had a blast playing pool and card games downstairs. We all slept well in comfort and quiet! My parents arrived later in the week to join us and were astounded at the accommodations, having vacationed in Gatlinburg for over 10 years. The community pool was a little dirty on the one day we went for a dip, but we enjoyed the hot tub every night. Great vacation.

The Smoky Ridge View cabin was wonderful. My son and his family had the bottom level and loved it. Our 12 year old had the game room all to her self. My 81 year old mother had the main level bedroom with our 6 year old grandson. He loved sleeping with mawmaw and going to sleep with a movie. My hubby and I had the loft. I was so great. It even rained the last two nights. The cabin was easy to find, beautiful views and great. The decorations were beautiful and the kitchen had everything. Easy and fast to town. Brick Oven was a great place to eat.

Smoky ridge view was the perfect home to relax for our family of six. The house was immaculate. Complete with a pool table, poker table, hot tub, jacuzzi style tubs and tv's in each room. The view from each deck was magnificent. Easy access to the front door with minimal steps for anyone unable to negoiate stairs. Relatively close to all attractions. Use caution when driving in snow. Roads have no guardrails and plenty of ditches. Loved the location. Ran into one bear and a bobcat outside our kitchen window. House had wifi. Sweet! We stayed over new years, neighbors were wild. Good times. Smoky mountain hiking is the best. Kids enjoyed the zip lines, atv's were awesome (pigeon forge) of course the go carts and can't forget hillbilly golf. Would love to visit again in the spring.

This home is beautiful with stunning views! It was able to accommodate 8 of us very comfortably...including 2 children! I'm not even sure how many times it had been used...there were multiple items that were still in boxes/had tags on them. We will recommend this home to friends of ours in the future and hope to make it an annual trip for us!
